  • Publication number: 20090290340
Abstract: A lighting device with a plurality of light-emitting elements such as light-emitting diodes disposed in an in-line configuration at regular interval on a base plate; and a plurality of reflectors attached to the base plate, the plurality of reflectors being so formed as to cover each of the light-emitting diodes with mixed reflecting surfaces structured by reflecting surfaces which are planar except their lower portions, the planar reflecting surfaces being perpendicular to in-line direction of the light-emitting elements such as diodes, and other side surfaces which are able to mix reflected lights from the light-emitting elements; therefore, the present invention provides economical lighting devices which can illuminate relatively wide area nearly evenly by effectively mixing the lights from the light-emitting elements such as light-emitting diodes, and further which can be used like conventional electric lamps and fluorescent lights.

  • Patent number: 6931334
Abstract: An electromagnetic field intensity calculation apparatus calculates a virtual current vector from a voltage vector and a mutual immittance matrix of an object including a wave source where a wave source power is applied. The voltage vector and the mutual immittance use a wave voltage of the wave source as a unit voltage. The apparatus also calculates an input impedance of the wave source based on a virtual wave source current of the virtual current vector and a unit voltage of the wave source, and calculates the wave source voltage based on the input impedance and the wave source power. The apparatus further calculates a current vector based on the wave source voltage calculated and the virtual current vector, and calculates an electromagnetic field intensity around the wave source which is determined based on the current vector.

  • Patent number: 6390888
Abstract: A grinder pressing device, wherein either the bottom part of a cylinder main body (10) of an air cylinder (1) in a vertical posture or a piston rod (11) is fixed to a fixed plate (2) and the other one is fixed to a movable plate (3) disposed under the fixed plate (2), either a guide table (G2) or a guide (G1) is mounted on the movable table (3) and the other one is mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder main body (20) and the guide plate (G2) is guided on the guide (G1) in a vertical direction under the rolling frictional condition through balls and, in the air cylinder (1), a coefficient of friction between the outer peripheral walls of a piston (12) and the piston rod (11) and the structural wall of the cylinder main body (10) is set lower by a metal seal so as to support the piston rod (11) by a ball bush movably in forward and backward directions over an extensive distance, a grinder (G) being mounted on the movable plate (3) and air pressures in upper and lower cylinder chambers (13 and

  • Patent number: 5215028
Abstract: A floating structure which comprises (a) a plurality of floats, each having a flat, polygonal or irregularly polygonal shape, with the upper and lower half parts staggered horizontally a given distance relative to each other, at least one edge forming an overhanging upper extension and the opposite edge a steplike lower extension, said upper and lower extensions being formed with connecting holes which, when the float is arranged to overlap with floats of the same construction in a mutually complementary manner, come in alignment with connecting holes of the lower and upper extensions of the neighboring floats so that said connecting pins are inserted through the aligned holes, and (b) connecting pins adapted to be fitted into the connecting holes formed in the floats.
