Abstract: An aspect of the present invention is a drill assistance device comprising: a drill guide device that serves as a guide when forming a plurality of holes from a curved surface of a hard palate having the curved surface; and a guide sleeve that is fitted in the drill guide device in an attachable and detachable manner. With this device, it is possible to easily and accurately perform the hole making with a drill and the implant of a screw in an oral cavity. The drill guide device comprises: a guide frame unit that is formed by connecting a plurality of tubular guide frames to each other; a fixing member to be capped on a tooth of a patient; a connecting portion that connects the guide frame unit and the fixing member and determines arrangement of the guide frame unit on the curved surface; and at least one protruding portion that holds the guide sleeve inserted in any of holes inside the guide frames.

Abstract: One aspect of the present invention is a self-ligation type orthodontic bracket which has a simple structure and in which a shutter can be reliably opened and closed, and fixed. The orthodontic bracket is provided with: a bracket body having a slot to which a wire is attached and an introduction port connected to the slot; a shutter provided between the slot and the introduction port to be able to move forward and backward; and a stopper wire which is attached to the bracket body and prevents the shutter from detaching. The stopper wire is elastic. Both end parts of the stopper wire are supported by the bracket body. When the shutter is closed, the central part of the stopper wire is located at a position which blocks the path along which the shutter moves forward and backward.

Abstract: A base member for an orthodontic implant device. The base member makes it possible to easily and reliably attach a correction implement. The base member is secured by a plurality of screws that are embedded in a bone inside an oral cavity. Each of the plurality of screws has a screw part that is embedded in the bone and a polygonal-columnar head part that is exposed inside the oral cavity. The base member has at least three engagement holes that are provided so as to be capable of engaging the polygonal-columnar head parts and such that the centers thereof are not on the same straight line.

Abstract: An orthodontic appliance is provided and includes: a base member fixed to two or more screws implanted in a vicinity of median palatine suture of a palate bone; an arm-shaped arm member having a first connecting portion connected to the base member and a second connecting portion located in a vicinity of palatal side of a tooth; and a traction member that is made of an elastic wire material and pulls a tooth as the traction target. The traction member has a traction base portion, a traction fixation portion, and a traction force generation portion. The traction fixation portion has a bent portion in which the wire material extending along dentition is plastically deformed and bent toward a tooth root side. The bent portion is hooked on a protruding portion protruding to a palate side in a bracket.
