  • Publication number: 20260241402
Abstract: A protective layer forming device includes a protective layer forming unit; a movement mechanism that moves the protective layer forming unit in a blade length direction; an articulated robot attached to the movement mechanism adjusts the position of the protective layer forming unit in a blade thickness direction of a plurality of wind turbine blades and the orientation of the protective layer forming unit so that the construction direction of the protective layer forming unit faces a construction region; and a control part. The protective layer forming part includes a first spray unit that sprays a first construction material onto a first construction range centered on a first axis, a second spray unit that sprays a second construction material onto a second construction range centered on a second axis, and a first interval adjustment unit that changes the inclination angle of the second axis with respect to the first axis.

  • Publication number: 20260242921
Abstract: A method for constructing a leading edge protection layer for a wind turbine blade having a protection layer at a tip in a blade length direction of a wind turbine blade body made of FRP and on a leading edge side thereof. The method includes an attitude setting step for setting an installation attitude of the wind turbine blade body such that the blade length direction is substantially horizontal and the leading edge side faces downward; a supporting step for supporting a plurality of positions in the blade length direction on the leading edge side by means of support bases; and a thermal spraying step for performing thermal spraying on the leading edge side.

  • Publication number: 20260241408
Abstract: A protective layer forming device forms a protective layer in an application range of a front edge portion, at the leading end in the blade-length direction, of a windmill blade body formed of FRP. The protective layer forming device includes: a booth that surrounds a part, in the blade-length direction, in the application range of the windmill blade body; a spray unit that is provided inside the booth and that sprays an application material to the application range to form the protective layer; a multi-joint robot that moves the spray unit relative to the booth and moves the spray unit to a prescribed position where spraying is performed with respect to the application range of the windmill blade body; and a booth moving mechanism that moves the booth in the blade-length direction of the windmill blade body.

  • Publication number: 20130067900
Abstract: A power generating apparatus includes a rotating shaft, a hydraulic pump driven by the rotating shaft, a hydraulic motor driven by pressurized oil supplied from the hydraulic pump, and a generator coupled to the hydraulic motor. Each of the hydraulic pump and motor includes working chambers each defined by a cylinder and a piston, a high pressure manifold and a low pressure manifold. Each of the high and low pressure manifolds includes branch channels connected to the working chambers and a merging channel connected to a high or low pressure oil line. The branch channels are equipped with high or low pressures valves, joined together and merged into the merging channel.
