  • Publication number: 20240080592
Abstract: A photoelectric conversion apparatus includes a pixel array having a plurality of column signal lines which are divided into a plurality of groups, a readout circuit configured to read out signals from the pixel array via the plurality of column signal lines. A holding unit includes one first region and a plurality of second regions. A plurality of first correction values respectively corresponding to the plurality of columns are stored in the first region. Each second region is associated with a readout condition for reading signals from each pixel unit of the pixel array by the readout circuit, and a plurality of second correction values respectively corresponding to the plurality of groups are stored in each second region.

  • Publication number: 20100163409
Abstract: A power supply connection structure which effectively suppresses heat generation at a connection portion at which a feeder wire, that supplies current to an electrode, is connected to the electrode, and an electrolytic processing including the power supply connection structure are provided. The power supply connection structure includes: a rod-shaped electrode having a reduced-diameter portion having a diameter that is reduced toward an end of the electrode; a conductive power supply member which is connected a feeder wire and has an inner cavity into which the reduced-diameter portion is inserted; and a coil spring which pushes the power supply member toward the reduced-diameter portion, wherein the side wall surface of the inner cavity closely contacts an outer peripheral surface of the reduced-diameter portion, and a gap is formed between the base surface of the inner cavity and the end surface at the reduced-diameter portion of the electrode.

  • Patent number: 7737689
Abstract: A vessel for rare-gas filling is provided that is capable of realizing a substantially completely circularly polarized light state in the vessel by using a single crystal material for a light entrance window. To this end, the thickness and the crystal axis orientation of the single crystal material are optimized. A polarization method of rare-gas nucleus using such a vessel is also provided. Embodiment of the vessel and the polarization method include those in which (1) an alkali resistance is high, (2) a pressure resistance is high, (3) no permeation of 3He occurs, and (4) a neutron absorption corresponds to applications to basic science, for example, neutron scattering is negligible. The vessel for rare-gas filling includes a vessel body and a pipe connected to the vessel body for introducing a rare-gas containing gas and an alkali metal into the vessel body.

  • Publication number: 20090101806
Abstract: A vessel for rare-gas filling is provided, where almost complete light circular polarization is realized, which has a light incident window of a single crystal material whose thickness and crystal axis orientation are optimized, and a polarization method of rare gas nuclei in the vessel is also provided. In addition, embodiments of the vessel is provided, which is impervious to alkali metal, and sustains high pressure, and shows no permeability for 3He gas, and has negligibly small neutron absorption so as to be suitable for application to basic science, for example, neutron scattering, and the polarization method in the vessel is also provided. The vessel for rare-gas filling of the present invention comprises a vessel body 3, and a pipe 4, which is connected to the vessel body 3 and introduces a rare-gas containing gas and an alkali metal into the vessel body 3.

  • Patent number: 5275268
Abstract: A multiple disc type engaging device which includes a rotatable member having a cylindrical outer surface and a hub with a cylindrical barrel portion coaxially arranged with respect to the cylindrical outer surface. The cylindrical barrel portion has at one end an annular flange which is bent radially inwardly toward the cylindrical outer surface. An outer surface of the cylindrical barrel portion is formed with a plurality of axially extending splines. Annular discs are coaxially disposed about the cylindrical barrel portion and have toothed inner ends axially movably engaged with the splines. A leading end portion of the annular flange is bent back into the interior of the barrel portion and secured to the cylindrical outer surface.
