  • Publication number: 20230368598
Abstract: A paper sheet handling apparatus includes: a partition portion that forms an insertion space into which a paper sheet is inserted from an insertion port with a first opposing portion, and forms a taking-out space from which the paper sheet is taken out from the insertion port with a second opposing portion; and a conveyor that conveys the paper sheet left in the taking-out space in a state of protruding toward the taking-out space from a first opening portion of the first opposing portion and a second opening portion of the partition portion. The partition portion includes a second shutter that openably closes the second opening portion, and a second shutter opening/closing unit that opens the second opening portion by opening the second shutter in conjunction with an operation in which the partition portion moves to the remaining banknote conveyance position.

  • Patent number: 9803539
Abstract: An internal-combustion engine includes a cylinder, a piston, a spark plug, and a fuel injection valve. The piston includes a top surface and a cavity provided in the top surface. The cavity includes a bottom surface, a vertical wall, a first sidewall, and a second sidewall. The fuel injection valve includes a plurality of injection ports from which a plurality of fuel mists are to be obliquely injected toward the top surface of the piston in respectively different directions at a predetermined crank angle in a compression stroke. The cavity extends from a position close to a center of the piston toward the fuel injection valve when viewed from above the top surface of the piston. The first and second sidewalls extend toward the fuel injection valve when viewed from above the top surface of the piston.

  • Patent number: 8918269
Abstract: A control apparatus for an internal combustion engine having a throttle valve disposed in an intake passage of the engine is provided. A wide-open intake air amount, which is an intake air amount corresponding to a state where the throttle valve is fully opened, is calculated, and a theoretical intake air amount, which is an intake air amount corresponding to a state where no exhaust gas of the engine is recirculated to a combustion chamber of the engine, is calculated according to the wide-open intake air amount and the intake pressure. An air-fuel ratio correction amount and a learning value thereof are calculated according to the detected air-fuel ratio, and a reference intake air amount is calculated using the intake pressure, the engine rotational speed, the air-fuel ratio correction amount, and the learning value.
