    Abstract: A received light signal of the measurement light which is reflected from the subject and is then incident on a distance image sensor is acquired from the distance image sensor and a distance image is generated on the basis of the acquired received light signal. The position of a leading end of a medical instrument inserted into the subject is acquired. A leading end position image indicating the position of the leading end of the medical instrument in the subject is acquired. A projection image which is projected to the subject and corresponds to a surface shape of a corresponding part of the subject corresponding to the position of the leading end is generated from the leading end position image, on the basis of the shape of the subject detected from the distance image and the position of the leading end. The projection image is projected to the corresponding part.

The joint member has a rotation shaft that rotatably joints the main unit to the attachment unit. The damper reduces vibration of the main unit in the rotational direction of the rotation shaft. When the rotation shaft of the joint member is attached to the sun visor by the attachment unit, the rotation shaft is substantially parallel to a sun visor supporting shaft so the sun visor can rotate in the direction in which the sun visor opens/closes.

The power generation panels and a radiation source are placed in a solar cell storage room buried typically in the ground. The radiation source includes radioactive waste generated in reprocessing of spent nuclear fuel. Each power generation panel has a phosphor member and a moderator member, which are disposed in that order on solar cells placed on a board. Radiation (for example, a gamma ray) emitted from the radiation source is injected on the power generation panel and is moderated by the moderator member. When the gamma ray with the reduced energy (below 100 keV) is injected on the phosphor member, it emits visible light. When the visible light is injected on the solar cells, electric power is generated.
