  • Publication number: 20230096186
Abstract: A relief valve includes: a housing having a hollow cylindrical valve chamber and having a first communication port opening on one end side of the valve chamber; a first valve element for opening and closing the first communication port; a first spring for biasing the first valve element in the closing direction; and a retainer having a spring seat for supporting the first spring. A set load of the first spring is adjusted based on the press-fit amount of the retainer with respect to the housing. A press-fit piece member including a plurality of press-fit pieces is formed in the retainer, such that the press-fit pieces of the press-fit member are arranged to be spaced away from each other in the circumferential direction of the retainer and elastically abut the housing.

  • Patent number: 11458834
Abstract: A fluid control valve is made compact by changing the shape of a communication passage within the fluid control valve. The fluid control valve includes a valve casing, an electric valve disposed in the valve casing, and a relief valve disposed in the valve casing. The valve casing includes: a main passage that has a first valve port sealed by the electric valve; a bypass passage for bypassing the first valve port; a first valve chamber in fluid communication with the downstream side of the first valve port and housing the electric valve; and a second valve chamber in fluid communication with the upstream side of the first valve port and housing the relief valve. The bypass passage includes a communication passage configured to allow the first valve chamber and the second valve chamber to fluidly communicate with each other. The communication passage opens to a first side surface of the first valve chamber and/or into a side surface of the second valve chamber.

  • Patent number: 11047495
Abstract: A fluid control valve includes a valve unit, a valve casing, and a secondary molded member. The valve casing houses the valve unit therein and includes a first connection pipe part and a second connection pipe part. The first connection pipe part has a hollow pipe shape with a first engagement part. The second connection pipe part has a hollow pipe shape with a second engagement part. The first connection pipe part is connected to the second connection pipe part. The secondary molded member is made of a resin material and covers the first engagement part and the second engagement part to prevent the first connection pipe part from being detached from the second connection pipe part.

  • Patent number: 10280874
Abstract: A flow control valve including a passage, and first and second valve devices disposed in the passage and comprising first and second valve members, valve seats, and seal members, respectively. Each valve member is movable for opening and closing the passage. Each seal member may seal between the corresponding valve member and seat. The first valve member moves in a first direction toward a closing position of the first valve device. The second valve member moves in a second direction, opposite the first closing direction, toward a closing position of the second valve device. The first or the second seal member may include a base portion attached to one of the corresponding valve member and the corresponding valve seat, a lip extending from the base portion, and a turning-up inhibiting device configured to inhibit the lip from turning up when the corresponding valve member is in the closing position.

  • Publication number: 20090101852
Abstract: A passage switching valve includes a lower actuator and an upper actuator. the lower actuator includes a case, a diaphragm, an operating rod, and a spring. A lower end of the operating rod is connected to a valve element. The upper actuator includes a case, a diaphragm, an operating rod, and a spring. An upper end of the lower operating rod is abuttable on a lower end of the upper operating rod. The upper pressure chamber and the lower negative pressure chamber are communicated with each other. Each of the negative pressure chambers of the actuators is to be supplied with negative pressure. Each of the operating rods is held against vibration by a bush. The lower spring is set to be greater in urging force than the upper spring.

  • Patent number: 5785782
Abstract: A slip-preventing tire improves braking and handling properties on a frozen, icy, or snow-packed road. A tire for use especially in winter has a number of slip-preventing structures which are embedded in the tire tread. A number of cylindrical grooves in the tire tread extend inwardly to a predetermined depth. A slip-preventing structure, which includes a number of brush-like wire members, is fixed in each of the grooves. The wire members contact the road surface thus improving the grip of the tire. Additionally, when the tire is operated on a wet roadway, the grooves act to draw in water while the wire members hold the water in the groove. This allows the tread surface to more firmly contact the roadway. The tire therefore provides improved traction in all seasons.

  • Patent number: 5265037
Abstract: A sensor generates a pulse signal at a predetermined angle of a rotating body. First and second registers respectively memorize both of a leading edge and a trailing edge of a divided signal of the pulse signal. The first resistor maintains the timing of the detected preceding leading edge until the next leading edge is detected so that the timing of the next leading edge is renewed when the next leading edge is detected. The second register maintains and renews the timing of the trailing edge in the same manner as the first register. The rotational speed is obtained by computing the time difference of each memorized timing at the start of such computing operation. Accordingly, an accurate rotational speed can be always obtained, even when the rotational speed computing operation is delayed by a high priority interrupt operation.
