  • Publication number: 20190260929
Abstract: An object of the present technology is to make it possible to use an inexpensive imaging apparatus having no synchronization support function by a time code or the like, and to cut down a system cost, in synchronizing respective moving images in the case of outputting and displaying moving images input from a plurality of imaging apparatuses through network transmission. A vertical synchronization signal input from a particular imaging apparatus among a plurality of imaging apparatuses that capture moving images is used as a reference to select frame image data items from moving image data input from the plurality of imaging apparatuses, and the selected frame image data items are integrated into a single stream and sent.

  • Publication number: 20190215420
Abstract: Focal plane distortion is prevented from standing out in the vicinity of a joint when a plurality of captured images are stitched and synthesized. A plurality of cameras are provided. Each camera includes an image sensor that outputs a signal by a raster scan scheme. Phases of a vertical synchronization signal supplied to the image sensors of the plurality of cameras are respectively shifted according to information of gap amounts of captured images of the respective cameras from a reference position in a vertical direction. Even if there are gaps in the vertical direction between the installed cameras, positional gaps between the installed image sensors due to variations in individual camera main bodies, and the like, there are no lines with largely different capture times in the vicinity of a joint of a synthesized image, and focal plane distortion is prevented from standing out in the vicinity of this joint.

  • Publication number: 20190191139
Abstract: A multi-camera system, including a first camera apparatus, a second camera apparatus, and an information processing apparatus. The information processing apparatus includes a communication interface and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to receive a predetermined user input and in response to the predetermined user input, send, via the communication interface, a first control signal to the first camera apparatus that captures a first video, and send, via the communication interface, a second control signal to the second camera apparatus that captures a second video. The first control signal causes the first camera apparatus to assign first unique identifiers to frames of the first video captured by the first camera apparatus. The second control signal causes the second camera apparatus to assign second unique identifiers to frames of the second video captured by the second camera apparatus.

  • Patent number: 8727339
Abstract: When a retard roller is rotating in a sheet feeding direction, the rotation is transmitted to a pickup roller and the pickup roller rotates in a direction for conveying the sheet. When the retard roller is rotating in a direction opposite to the sheet feeding direction or is stationary, the pickup roller does not feed the sheet. Therefore, in a successive feeding operation, the sheet to be fed next is always conveyed such that the leading end thereof reaches a nip position between a feed roller and the retard roller. Therefore, the intervals between the sheets are uniform in the successive feeding operation.

  • Patent number: 8378272
Abstract: Disclosed is a heat treatment apparatus for performing a heat treatment on an object to-be-processed by a heater, which can inhibit variation in thermal histories among the objects to-be-processed. The heat treatment apparatus includes, among others, a correction part to correct a power control signal output from an adjusting unit so that a conduction rate of an AC voltage applied to a heater is decreased. Specifically, the correction is performed based on a value obtained by multiplying a first correction value with a second correction value, where the first correction value is generated according to a ratio of the voltage detection value of AC power source to a predetermined reference voltage, and the second correction value is generated according to a ratio of the resistance value of the heater to a predetermined reference resistance value.

  • Patent number: 8326028
Abstract: It is possible to compatibly set multiple “dropout” color ranges and “non-dropout” color ranges and uniquely determine a dropout boundary. An object of the present invention is to greatly conserve maintenance cost of adding a new dropout form after apparatus operations. A conventional technology aims at assuring relation to a predetermined color region, determining the presence or absence of contention, or uniquely settling a dropout boundary. The present invention provides a means for supplying levels to a “dropout” color range and a “non-dropout” color range. A registered color range histogram can be quasi-three-dimensionally visualized so that an operator can make adjustment by viewing a contention determination result and an image.

  • Patent number: 8302956
Abstract: A sheet feeding apparatus, in which a drive motor rotates a pickup roller, and a drive transmission portion provided between the drive motor and the pickup roller transmits a drive from the drive motor to the pickup roller. During sheet feeding, one of the drive motor and the drive transmission portion causes the pickup roller to perform an intermittent drive of iterating the drive and a stop, so that a sheet is gradually deflected between the pickup roller and separation claws.

  • Publication number: 20120248692
Abstract: A sheet cassette includes a lock lever that engages a lock projection in an engagement portion of an stacking plate located in a lower position to enable the stacking plate to turn in a locked position in which the stacking plate is locked in a cassette body and an unlocked position in which the lock projection is separated from the engagement portion in lifting the stacking plate. In a state in which the sheet cassette is mounted on the apparatus body, the lifting and lowering device turns the lock lever to the unlocked position in lifting the stacking plate locked in the lower position by the lock lever. Accordingly, by a simple configuration in which an existing configuration can be used, a lock structure can be made so as to be reused in movement of the apparatus such as a move.
