The method modifies a direction in which the third and fourth wirings extend in one wiring layer specified by layer information, and modifying a connection of the first and second wirings with respect to the third and fourth wirings in a lowermost of the wiring layers.

And when viewed along a normal to the substrate, the common electrode (11) has an opening area (11u(m)) which overlaps at least partially with the one line (7(m)).
