Abstract: A pressure receiving pin includes a fitting portion in a through hole of a fixed mold that communicates with a portion of an exhaust passage on an inlet side, a columnar distal end portion located coaxially with the fitting portion while closer to the exhaust passage that slides with respect to the through hole upon reception of molten metal, and an intermediate portion also located coaxially between the fitting portion and the distal end portion and that has a diameter smaller than a diameter of the distal end portion. An air supply device supplies air when a movable mold is opened such that the air passes through gaps formed between an outer peripheral surface of the intermediate portion and an inner peripheral surface of the through hole and between the distal end portion and the fixed mold, and flows out to the movable mold.

Abstract: A transmitting terminal can transmit a content held by itself to a specific receiving terminal having no email software as if using a mailer. The transmitting terminal (10) and the receiving terminal (20) are connected to a delivery server (30) via a network (4). The delivery server (30) comprises: a database (36) for registering the device ID that specifies the receiving terminal (20); a content storage (39) for temporarily storing a content transmitted from the transmitting terminal (10); and table (33, 37) for managing contents separately on a per device ID basis of the receiving terminal. The delivery server (30), when receiving a request from the receiving terminal (20), refers to the tables (33, 27) and transmits to the receiving terminal (20) a content, the transmission destination of which corresponds to the device ID of the receiving terminal (20).

Abstract: It is intended to provide a method of measuring an activity, which is a method of measuring an activity of an enzymatic reaction in which a lipid-soluble reaction product is formed by catalyzing an addition reaction of two or more kinds of substrates, characterized by comprising a labeling step in which any one of the substrates is labeled, a reaction step in which an enzymatic reaction is carried out in the presence of an enzyme, all substrates and an acceptor, and a detection step in which the reaction product is detected by bringing the labeled molecule and a molecule to be detected close to each other via the acceptor and transferring an energy generated by the labeled molecule to the molecule to be detected, and a method of evaluating a compound utilizing the method of measuring an activity.
