Abstract: An information management device (10) includes: an acquisition unit (100) configured to acquire belonging organization information indicating a belonging organization of an original owner or an original generator of target information; a specification unit (120) configured to, in response to receiving a request for an operation on the target information, specify, based on job relevance to the belonging organization, a possible disclosure range indicating an organization group to which the target information or a copy of the target information is possibly disclosed, the operation being accompanied by change of a disclosure range of the target information or the copy, the disclosure range being set to a path to the target information or the copy; and a restriction unit (140) configured to restrict execution of the operation when at least part of a disclosure range of an operation target path after the operation is not included in the possible disclosure range.

Abstract: A similar document is retrieved by performing a search using diagram information within documents, without being influenced by the description language within documents or the wording of complex sentences. First, feature data (feature amounts) of images is extracted from diagrams that are dotted throughout a document, with respect to a designated document that is designated by a person doing the search. Thereafter, the similarity between documents is evaluated, by comparing the feature amounts of diagrams in the designated document with the feature amounts of diagrams in a document group serving as a search target that are extracted in advance. Ranking of similar documents to the designated document is realized, based on the evaluation result.

Abstract: An electronic whiteboard system that is capable of reducing the burden on a user in performing input operations on an electronic whiteboard, without restriction on input methods, are provided. An electronic whiteboard system (100) includes a server apparatus (20) that provides an electronic whiteboard on a network (30), and a terminal apparatus (10) for entering inputs. The terminal apparatus (10) includes setting a drawing area in which objects that include text and graphics are permitted to be drawn at an indicated place in an electronic whiteboard displayed in a screen, identifying content of an input operation performed on the electronic whiteboard, and estimating a command intended by the input operation, based on the content of the input operation and a relation between a location in the screen at which the input operation has been performed and a location of the drawing area.
