  • Patent number: 8136472
Abstract: An indicator includes a case mountable in a gas filling passage of a pressure container; a valve element which is urged toward one side of the case connectable to the pressure container, the valve element being movable in the case to a position balanced with gas pressure in the pressure container; a seal member for ensuring gas tightness between the valve element and the case; and an indicating member slidable relative to the case between a position protruding outside the case and a position not protruding. The spring force and a gas pressure force may be equally balanced at first and second balanced positions of the valve element.

  • Patent number: 7540734
Abstract: The problem of a conventional press molder is insufficient rigidity of an annular cushion ring receiving inward force, which cannot prevent a lower portion of the cushion ring from deforming, i.e., bending and expanding outward. A press molder (1) according to the present invention comprises a die (2), a punch (3) and a cushion ring (5). The cushion ring (5) has a rib (51) which is a reinforcing structure so as to be prevented from being bent at the time of press molding, and the punch (3) is formed therein with a recess (31) which is a reinforcing structure a escape part so as to prevent the punch 3 from interfering with the rib (51) of the cushion ring (5).

  • Publication number: 20090056615
Abstract: An indicator includes a case mountable in a gas filling passage of a pressure container; a valve element which is urged toward one side of the case connectable to the pressure container, the valve element being movable in the case to a position balanced with gas pressure in the pressure container; an O-ring serving as a seal member for ensuring gas tightness between the valve element and the case; and an indicating member slidable relative to the case between a position protruding outside the case and a position not protruding. The O-ring is arranged on the valve element so that the O-ring is in contact with the case to ensure gas tightness when the valve element is in a first balanced position while a gas pressure in the pressure container is e.g. 7 MPa or higher and the O-ring is out of contact with the case not to ensure gas tightness when the valve element is in a second balanced position while the gas pressure is less than e.g. 7 MPa.

  • Patent number: 6021270
Abstract: A product designing system performing a preliminary process for generating a geometry of one of products which have similar portions, and a subsequent process for generating a geometry of an object associated with that one product, the system including an input device for entering, in the subsequent process, at least one geometrical characteristic of the similar portion of the above-indicated one product, and a designing device for automatically generating the geometry of the object on the basis of a predetermined relationship between the geometrical characteristic and the geometry of the object, which relationship is stored in a memory.
