    Abstract: A plasma display apparatus includes an IC that operates with a power supply voltage, of which a difference between a ground potential and a power supply potential is substantially more than 50 V, a ceramic condenser disposed in a vicinity of the IC and coupled between the ground potential and the power supply potential of the IC, and a resistor connected in series with the ceramic condenser between the ground potential and the power supply potential.
