In the preferred embodiment, the metal hydroxide is a hydroxide such as iron hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, titanium hydroxide, manganese hydroxide, tin hydroxide and zirconium hydroxide and oxides which form hydroxides in aqueous solutions.
