    Abstract: A pump housing of the carbon dioxide-containing gas recovery apparatus is formed with a first chamber and a second chamber partitioned by a partition wall. The first and second chambers and communicate with each other through a third chamber. The first chamber communicates with a water supply opening and a carbon dioxide-containing gas inlet. When blown against water filling the first chamber, a carbon dioxide-containing gas is dissolved in the water, and the carbon dioxide-containing gas remaining undissolved exists as bubbles in the water. When a pair of six-blade rotors oppositely disposed on two axes and in the third chamber compress the bubbles to be refined into different bubbles, the carbon dioxide-containing gas can further be dissolved in the water by a compression action. An aqueous solution of carbon dioxide-containing gas is discharged from a water outlet communicating with the second chamber.

    Abstract: [Problem] Providing a carbon dioxide-containing gas recovery-apparatus which is low in cost and can improve a carbon dioxide-containing gas recovery efficiency. [Overcoming Means] A pump housing 11 of the carbon dioxide-containing gas recovery apparatus 10 is formed with a first chamber 23 and a second chamber 26 partitioned by a partition wall 20a. The first and second chambers 23 and 26 communicate with each other through a third chamber 20. The first chamber 23 communicates with a water supply opening and a carbon dioxide-containing gas inlet. When blown against water filling the first chamber, a carbon dioxide-containing gas is dissolved in the water, and the carbon dioxide-containing gas remaining undissolved exists as bubbles A in the water. When a pair of six-blade rotors 40 oppositely disposed on two axes 41a and 41b in the third chamber 20 compress the bubbles A to be refined into bubbles B, the carbon dioxide-containing gas can further be dissolved in the water by a compression action.

    Abstract: A mist/dust collector includes a tank body, a recovery tank having a demister member, a spraying unit spraying water or coolant fluid from a nozzle, an impeller mounted on a main shaft located in the tank body, so as to be rotatable by air flow, a disc rotary brush and a shaking-off member mounted on the shaft. A suction unit is actuated to draw air containing mist and dust into the tank body interior maintained in a negative pressure state. The impeller is rotated by collision of water or coolant fluid at a predetermined pressure, and the rotary brush and the shaking-off member are rotated simultaneously with the impeller, so that mist and dust are separated from air by a centrifugal action of the rotary brush and the shaking-off member. Mist and dust remaining in the air flowing into the recovery tank are collected by the demister member.

    Abstract: A microscopic bubble generating apparatus includes a Roots-type pump including a pair of multi-lobed Roots rotors housed in a pump casing, and a drive motor rotating the rotors, a suction pipe connected to a suction port of the pump casing, a discharge pipe connected to a discharge port of the pump casing, and a conduit communicating with the suction pipe and having an air inlet and a collision member with which sucked water is caused to collide. The pump is operated to suck water through the suction pipe and to cause the water mixed with air sucked through the air inlet to collide with the collision member so that a number of bubbles are generated. The bubbles are refined by a compressing action of the pump to be rendered microscopic. The water containing the microscopic bubbles is released from the discharge pipe into water in a septic tank or river.

    Abstract: In a Roots vacuum pump, an inlet port is located at a position n spaced by a positive displacement angle of 120° in one direction from a center of each rotational axis relative to an imaginary line m connecting rotor axes. An outlet port is located at a position o opposite to the inlet port relative to the line. An air feed port is formed at a position t on a casing wall obtained by returning by 90° from the position o to the inlet port side so that two closed spaces are defined by adjacent rotor lobes and a casing inner wall at both port sides immediately after air suction respectively. The casing has discharge grooves in an area of the inner wall so as to communicate with the outlet port. The area ranges from the position o to a position u obtained by returning by 45° from the position o to the inlet port side. The discharge grooves have a total volume ranging from 2% to 5% of a volume of one of the closed spaces.

Two sets of zigzag meandering grooves are formed on an inner peripheral wall surface of the casing.

By connecting the two members with a flexible plate, reciprocating movement is further provided to the elongated plate member in the longitudinal direction. The plate member may provide further delicate massage performance by mounting several leaf springs thereon, each having at least one protrusion.
