  • Publication number: 20240149801
Abstract: In a soundproof member 10 including a polyurethane foam 11 and disposed apart from an engine E on a vehicle interior side of a dash panel 50 partitioning a space into an engine room having the engine E as a sound source and a vehicle interior, the polyurethane foam 11 has a surface layer 12 on at least a part of the surface thereof, a one side surface of the polyurethane foam 11 directly facing the vehicle interior side of the dash panel 50 has at least a surface layer 12A in an open cell state or a core, and a surface layer 12B of the other side surface opposite to the one side surface is a surface layer in a closed cell state.

  • Patent number: 10041551
Abstract: A driving force transmission apparatus includes: a meshing member that switches two rotating members between a coupled state and an uncoupled state; a piston member with a plurality of locked portions formed along a circumferential direction; an armature that moves the piston member forward and backward between a first position where the armature presses the piston member in an axial direction and a second position where the armature does not press the piston member; a biasing member that biases the piston member in the opposite direction from the pressing direction of the armature; and a locking member that locks the locked portions. The piston member has a mechanism that mitigates a possible shock when the locking member comes into abutting contact with an abutting contact surface of a first locked portion.

  • Publication number: 20040214683
Abstract: A sun gear 6 is rotatably fitted on a circle which is located on the inside of and concentric with an internal gear 4. A plurality of planet gears 8 carried by a planetary carrier 10 are disposed between the internal gear 4 and the sun gear 6 in meshing engagement with the internal gear 4 and the sun gear 6. In operation, a frictional resistance between a tooth crest 8a of the planet gear 8 and a planet gear carrying space in the planetary carrier 10 effects a differential action limitation. The tooth crest 8a of the planet gear 8 is formed with a number of fine recesses in an irregular condition. Because the recesses are not in the form of continuous grooves, but are in the form of pockets, a lubricant oil can kept in place reliably. Accordingly, the abrasion resistance and the seizure resistance of the planet gears 8 and the planetary carrier 10 are improved while allowing noises and vibrations to be reduced.
