  • Patent number: 10493737
Abstract: Provided are a thermoplastic resin composition whereby gum formation is suppressed during manufacturing of a matte fluororesin molded article such as a film, and a fluorine-based matte film having excellent matte properties and chemical resistance, and a layered film. A thermoplastic resin composition (?) for a chemical-resistant matte film, comprising a fluorine-based resin (A), a matting agent (B) which is a thermoplastic resin insoluble in the fluorine-based resin (A), and a thermoplastic resin (C) soluble in the fluorine-based resin (A). A thermoplastic resin composition (?) containing the fluorine-based resin (A) and an acrylic matting agent (D) which is a thermoplastic resin, the content ratio of alkyl acrylate units with respect to 100% by mass of monofunctional monomer units in the monomer units constituting the matting agent (D) being 50-100% by mass, and the content ratio of other monofunctional monomer units being 0-50% by mass.

  • Publication number: 20170232717
Abstract: Provided is a laminate film that exhibits an excellent appearance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance, and suppresses yellowing even after long-term heating. The laminate film is formed from a surface layer including a vinylidene fluoride resin (F) and an acrylic resin composition (Y) layer, the acrylic resin composition (Y) containing a hindered amine light stabilizer having a molecular weight of 1400 or more. Further provided is a molded laminate including a base material and the laminate film laminated to the base material. Further provided is a method for producing a molded laminate including a step for producing a preform body by vacuum forming or pressure forming the laminate film in a first die, and a step for integrating the preform body and the base material by injection molding the resin that is to be the base material in a second die.

  • Patent number: 6880898
Abstract: A bearing unit for a wheel has a rotary ring whose raceway surface is hardened by a thermal process. In this bearing unit, the side surface of a fitting flange for fixedly joining a rotary body for braking and a wheel, is formed by working in a predetermined configuration after the raceway surface of the rotary ring has been subjected to the thermal process. The raceway surface of the rotary ring is worked in a predetermined configuration and dimensions on the basis of the side surface of said fitting flange. This bearing unit can restrain disagreeable noises and vibration from being caused upon braking.
