  • Publication number: 20230222806
Abstract: An action detection unit (110) analyzes monitor data obtained by monitoring a monitoring place, and detects a relevant action performed at the monitoring place and having a characteristic that is common to a violating action. A situation analysis unit (120) analyzes visual data obtained by photographing the monitoring place, and detects a surrounding situation of an action position equivalent to a position where the relevant action was performed. The situation analysis unit decides a nuisance degree of the relevant action on a basis of the surrounding situation. A presentation control unit (130) determines an alert level on a basis of the nuisance degree. The presentation control unit presents presentation information corresponding to the alert level with using a presentation apparatus installed at the monitoring place.

  • Patent number: 10674172
Abstract: A difference detecting unit (130) compares a captured image (811) divided into a plurality of blocks with a last captured image (812) to be compared with the captured image (811), on a block-by-block basis to detect blocks having differences from the last captured image (812), as differential blocks. In addition, a differential block selecting unit (140) selects one or more difference transmission scheduled blocks to be encoded and transmitted, from the differential blocks. In addition, a cyclic block selecting unit (160) selects one or more cyclic transmission scheduled blocks to be encoded and transmitted, from cyclic blocks other than the one or more difference transmission scheduled blocks among the plurality of blocks. A total value of amounts of code used to encode the respective one or more cyclic transmission scheduled blocks is in a range of a lower limit value and an upper limit value.

  • Patent number: 10642561
Abstract: A display image generation unit generates a first display image to be output to a display apparatus and a second display image to be output to a slave display control terminal. A first output unit outputs the first display image to the display apparatus. A second output unit outputs the second display image to the slave display control terminal. A frame progress computation unit controls a timing of the output of the first display image by the first output unit based on a synthesized image delay time being a delay time from the output of the second display image to the slave display control terminal by the second output unit to output of a synthesized image from the slave display control terminal to the display apparatus, the synthesized image being obtained by synthesizing a third display image with the second display image in the slave display control terminal.

Abstract: An image processing device, an image processing system, and an image processing method according to the present invention include a mask determining unit that determines a vertical relation in an overlapping area when a video window and a still image window overlap. As a result of a determination, if it is decided that the still image window overlaps as an upper window, the mask process is performed, and if it is decided that the still image window overlaps as a lower window, the mask process is not performed, thereby allowing an appropriate composite image to be obtained regardless of the vertical relation in the overlapping area of the video window and the still image window.
