  • Patent number: 4914534
Abstract: The disclosed information reproducing apparatus reproduces information recorded on a record medium. A timer system restricts the reproducing operation of the apparatus to a predetermined period of time and a control facility controls the timer system on the basis of the coupled state or operating state of a reproduced information handling apparatus arranged to handle reproduced information.

    Assignee: Canon Kabushiki Kaisha
    Inventor: Yasuo Chito
  • Patent number: 4695778
Abstract: A rotation phase control device which synchronizes the rotation phase of the rotor of a motor with a reference signal and which has a steady-state characteristic compensating circuit improves the starting characteristic of the motor by compensating characteristic control apparatus for varying the compensating characteristic of the compensating circuit based on whether or not the rotation phase of the rotor is within a predetermined synchronization range relative to the reference signal.

  • Patent number: 4626702
Abstract: A saw-tooth wave generating circuit is formed by providing a constant current source with negative feedback through an operational amplifier. The operational amplifier compares a reference voltage with the voltage across a resistor through which a current of the constant current source is flowing, to produce a control voltage for the constant current source. The saw-tooth wave is generated across a capacitor which is charged by the constant current source and is discharged through a transistor which receives a periodic pulse signal.
