Abstract: A call control management system is constructed causing no deterioration in performance relative to call control even when utilizing a totalizing function. The call control management system includes a call control system and a call information management system. The call control system outputs, every time the transition of a status of a call under control is made, a record showing a status after the call transition to a call status information log file. The call information management system extracts a record about the same call from the call status information log file, creates a record containing at least data convertible into a call charge on the basis of the extracted record, and stores the call information collecting log file with the created record. The call information management system, when indicated to output accounting information and traffic information etc, creates and outputs information indicated to be outputted based on the information stored in the call information collecting log file.

Abstract: A communication service simulator simulates communication service specification for a communication network having terminals and server nodes. The terminals of the communication network are registered in association with terminal data. When a called terminal has not been registered as terminal data during a simulation of a communication service specification, a terminal simulator registers the called terminal and the associated terminal data and displays the terminal data on a screen. A history regenerate/display unit displays on the screen any history of the content of a history storage unit. A simulation process controller copies a simulation process and separately executes and displays each of the processes when there is a branch, etc. in a communication service specification.

Abstract: In an automatic terminal start/stop verification system, a terminal start/stop simulation unit which simulates a task module of a call processing program for an exchange. The exchange has call processors which process and control calls, terminals, line processors controlled by the call processors to control the terminals, and a terminal management data file which has data on the busy/idle states of the terminals, a start/stop write macro name holding unit which holds the names of macros for the writing of start or stopping to the terminal management data file, and a start/stop order name holding unit which holds the names of orders for start or stop of the line processors. The terminal start/stop simulation unit automatically detects errors in the task module by referring to the start/stop write macro name holding unit and the start/stop order name holding unit.
