    Abstract: A liquid impermeable bag is made with a foamed sheet, wherein the foamed sheet is obtained by foaming a raw mixture containing reactive silicone with hydroxyl groups and polyester polyol, a raw mixture containing reactive silicone with hydroxyl groups and organic phosphorus compound, or a raw mixture containing dimer acid polyol. A cushion member is made by feeding liquid raw material such as urethane liquid into the bag and foaming or curing the liquid raw material to be integrated with the bag. The permeation of the liquid raw material into the foamed sheet can be prevented and thus the leakage of the liquid raw material onto the surface of the bag, thereby providing a high-quality cushion member.

    Abstract: A carrier cleaning and drying apparatus for cleaning and drying a wafer processing carrier has a cleaning tank for accommodating the carrier and a high-pressure injection nozzle disposed in an upper portion of the cleaning tank and for injecting a pressurized cleaning solution. This high-pressure injection nozzle is moved within a plane and the cleaning solution is injected at high pressure therefrom, thereby removing dust adhering to the inner and outer surfaces of the carrier by means of the force of injection. A supporting and rotating mechanism portion is also provided which, during cleaning of the carrier, swings the carrier at a predetermined angle, and, after cleaning, effects drying by spinning the carrier at high speed.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a process for producing an antibacterial flexible polyurethane foam containing an antibacterial agent dispersed therein from a foaming mixture composed of polyols, organic isocyanates, catalysts, and blowing agents. The process is characterized in that the antibacterial agent is added to the foaming mixture and the catalyst is an organic amine which is used alone or in combination with a tin compound. In the latter case, the tin compound is a tetravalent tin compound or a divalent tin compound which is used in an amount less than 1 part by weight for 1 part by weight of the antibacterial agent. The antibacterial flexible polyurethane foam retains the antibacterial action for a long time and is safe because it contains an inorganic antibacterial agent dispersed therein which does not yield resistant bacteria.
