  • Publication number: 20130212230
Abstract: A data distribution server, a mobile terminal, and a data distribution method perform distribution of data in consideration of memory capacity. In a mobile terminal, an amount-of-space arithmetic unit carries out an arithmetic operation for an amount of space and a possible amount of space of an object storage unit. Then, in an object distribution server, object data is selected based on the amount of space or the like, and a distribution list is generated and transmitted to the mobile terminal. In the mobile terminal, deletion of object data determined as deletable is performed in order to acquire object data in the distribution list. Acquisition of the object data is then performed.

  • Publication number: 20130201217
Abstract: In an object display device, in the case that a marker is not detected at present, a display complementing unit acquires a change in an image in real space displayed on a display unit between the past when the marker was detected and the present. Since a virtual object is displayed based on the position and shape of the marker in the image in real space, the display position and display manner of the virtual object are also to be changed in accordance with a change in the image in real space. A display decision unit can therefore decide the display position and display manner of the virtual object at present from the display position and display manner of the virtual object in the past, based on the change in the image in real space between the past and the present.

  • Publication number: 20130198216
Abstract: In an object information provision system, at least one matching data is transmitted from an object information provision device to a terminal, and a result of image analysis based on the matching data is transmitted from the terminal to the object information provision device, and the amount of information of matching data is adjusted based on the image processing result. The success or failure of extraction of a valid physical object represented by the matching data in the terminal is thereby reflected on the amount of information of matching data.

  • Publication number: 20130120373
Abstract: An object management device includes a distribution range setting unit that sets a range where an object is visible as a distribution range of object information related to the object for each of the object information based on a located position of the object and map information. Consequently, when the mobile terminal is located in the position where the object is visible, the object information of the object is distributed to the mobile terminal. It is thereby possible to appropriately distribute object information to be distributed so as to appropriately display the object on the mobile terminal.

  • Publication number: 20130107038
Abstract: In a terminal location specifying system, landmark information of a landmark located within a specified distance from an approximate position is retrieved based on approximate position information of a mobile terminal, and the retrieved landmark information is transmitted to the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal can thereby acquire the landmark information about the landmark located in the vicinity of the mobile terminal. Further, because the landmark information pre-stored in a server is transmitted to the mobile terminal, it is possible to reliably specify the position of the mobile terminal based on the landmark image. Then, the photographing position of the image is analyzed based on the landmark image, and the photographing position is managed as the located position of the mobile terminal and used for position correction, and it is thus possible to accurately specify the position of the mobile terminal.

  • Publication number: 20130088516
Abstract: In an object displaying apparatus, when, in the case where a virtual object is displayed superimposed on an image of the real space according to information about the layout position of the virtual object, the virtual object is displayed overlapping a superimposition inhibit object, display control is performed to display the virtual object transparently so that the superimposition inhibit object is not hidden by the virtual object. It is thereby possible to preferentially display the superimposition inhibit object.

  • Publication number: 20120265826
Abstract: In a communication terminal, an extraction section extracts predetermined keyword data from text data input for an e-mail, an acquiring section acquires predetermined associated data associated with the keyword data extracted by the extraction section from an internal memory (such as a RAM or a storage device) of the communication terminal or from predetermined external equipment through a communication device, based on storage location reference data that indicates the storage location of the associated data and is stored in the internal memory, and an inserting section inserts the associated data acquired by the acquiring section into the text data in place of the keyword data. With this communication terminal, an input operation necessary to create an e-mail can be performed efficiently.

  • Publication number: 20120005288
Abstract: The present invention can reduce anxiety or discomfort of a sender of a mail, even when a user of a mobile terminal having received the mail is unaware of being in a state that sending a reply mail is impossible. A mobile terminal according to the present invention includes: transmitting and receiving unit for receiving an incoming mail from a transmitter; state determining unit for acquiring information indicating a state of a user and determining based on the information indicating the state of the user whether sending a reply mail is possible or not when the mail transmitting and receiving unit receives the incoming mail; mail creating unit for creating a reply mail with a given content when the state determining unit determines that sending a reply mail is impossible; and mail transmitting unit for transmitting the reply mail created by the mail creating unit to the transmitter.
