    Abstract: A vehicle rear door includes a door panel, a door frame, a division bar, and a movable window. The movable window has a flange portion formed with teeth. The division bar includes upper and lower division bars which are separately arranged and respectively guide the flange portion so that a part of the teeth is exposed between the upper and lower division bars. Each of the upper and lower division bars has a guide wall that guides an end surface of the flange portion which is opposite to the teeth. Each of the upper and lower division bars has a mount portion. The vehicle rear door further includes a motor unit bracket fixed to the mount portions of the upper and lower division bars and supporting a pinion that is engaged with the exposed teeth between the upper and lower division bars.

    Abstract: A resin window includes a plate-shaped main body portion and a gear projection portion that is molded integrally with the main body portion so as to project in a thickness direction of the main body portion from a rear end portion of the main body portion. A part of a side face of the gear projection portion is surrounded by a gear-side guide frame for guiding the raising/lowering of the resin window. The gear projection portion includes a meshing gear provided along a vertical direction to mesh with a drive gear, and positioning members provided respectively on upper and lower end portions of the gear projection portion to abut on an inside surface of the gear-side guide frame. When the drive gear is rotated, the positioning members slide relative to the inside surface of the gear-side guide frame, and thus the resin window can be raised or lowered along the gear-side guide frame.

The vibration transmission pad is fixed to the panel and connected to the vibration output shaft in a manner enabling vibration transmission. The vibration transmission pad vibrates the panel when the vibration output shaft vibrates.

The weather strip has a body portion, a leg portion extending from the body portion to face the body portion for clamping the mounting flange of the frame in cooperation with the body portion, and a hollow lip having a hollow cross-sectional shape and projecting from the leg portion in elastic contact with an end face of the light transmitting panel. The hollow lip has a bent portion that is collapsible while shifting toward the leg portion when the hollow lip is subjected to an external force, and the bent portion is provided with a groove for assisting the collapsing action.

    Abstract: A panel is attached to a panel frame such that the panel is movable relative to the panel frame. A weather strip is attached to the frame to seal the periphery of the panel. A gap is defined between the end of the panel and an adjacent inner wall of the weather strip. Cohesive elastic material is located in the gap. The panel end face is inclined by an acute angle relative to the upper surface of the panel such that the gap widens in the downward direction. When compressed and deformed between the end of the panel and the inner wall of the weather strip, the elastic material is pressed downward, which prevents the elastic material from bulging upward and spoiling the appearance of the weather strip.
