  • Publication number: 20240084431
Abstract: A sprayed coating having a multilayer structure including a lower layer made a sprayed coating containing a rare earth oxide, and a surface layer made of another sprayed coating containing a rare earth fluoride and/or a rare earth oxyfluoride, the multilayered sprayed coating having a volume resistivity at 23° C. and a volume resistivity at 200° C., the volume resistivity at 23° C. being 1×109 to 1×1012 ?·cm, and a temperature index of the volume resistivities defined by the ratio of the volume resistivity at 200° C. to the volume resistivity at 23° C. being 0.1 to 10.

  • Patent number: 9677490
Abstract: An internal combustion engine comprises an exhaust purification catalyst which can store oxygen, controller for controlling the air-fuel ratio of exhaust gas to become a target air-fuel ratio, and a downstream side air-fuel ratio sensor. An abnormality diagnosis system performs an active air-fuel ratio control which alternately controls the target air-fuel ratio to rich and lean air-fuel ratios, and diagnoses abnormality of said exhaust purification catalyst based on the output air-fuel ratio of the air-fuel ratio sensor. The abnormality diagnosis system judges that the exhaust purification catalyst is abnormal when the output air-fuel ratio of the air-fuel ratio sensor reaches a rich judgment air-fuel ratio and a lean judgment air-fuel ratio during the active air-fuel ratio control, and judges that said air-fuel ratio control is abnormal when the output air-fuel ratio reaches only one of the rich and lean judgment air-fuel ratios.

  • Patent number: 9664604
Abstract: The present invention provides a measurement apparatus which includes a probe having a leading edge portion configured to come into contact with a surface to be measured and a holding portion configured to hold the leading edge portion, and measures a shape of the surface by scanning the probe relative to the surface in a state in which the leading edge portion and the surface are in contact, comprising a processing unit configured to correct measurement data at a measurement point on the surface based on data of a scanning distance of the probe and information about abrasion of the leading edge portion caused by scanning of the probe.

  • Patent number: 9600737
Abstract: A feature extraction method includes acquiring an image, detecting a vanishing point in the image, setting a plurality of ellipses and a plurality of half-lines with respect to the detected vanishing point to segment the image into a plurality of regions, and extracting a feature of each segmented region. With the disclosed method, a global feature can be appropriately extracted from an image including a vanishing point or other relevant features.

  • Patent number: 9127939
Abstract: The present invention provides a stitch measurement method for making a plurality of partial measurements, and obtaining an overall shape by combining partial measurement results, including a step of dividing, on lattices, each peripheral partial measurement region including an external portion of an overall measurement region into a first region inside the overall measurement region and a second region outside the overall measurement region, and dividing each central partial measurement region which does not include any external portion of the overall measurement region into a first region and a second region according to division patterns of the peripheral partial measurement region, a step of formulating first orthogonal function sequences on the first regions, and a step of defining linear combinations of respective functions of the first orthogonal function sequences on the first regions as first system errors for the respective partial measurement regions on the overall measurement region.
