  • Patent number: 9965624
Abstract: A log collection part of a log analysis server collects an application log from a WF server, collects an operation log from an ID control part which relays an access from an operator terminal to a business server, and which as well records access status to the business server as an operation record in the operation log, and collects an access log from the business server which records accessed status as an access record in the access log. A log analysis part determines, based on the application log, the operation log, and the access log collected by the log collection part, whether or not the accessed status recorded as the access record is an authorized access.

  • Publication number: 20170307544
Abstract: In an inspection apparatus, a plurality of light source parts (42, 43) for irradiating an object area on a surface of an object (9) with light from a plurality of directions, respectively, are provided, and a first picked-up image representing an object area is acquired in one image pickup part (32, 33) by light irradiation from one of the plurality of light source parts and a second picked-up image is acquired in the image pickup part by light irradiation from the plurality of light source parts. Further, a first defect candidate area is detected by comparing the first picked-up image with a first reference image corresponding to the first picked-up image and a second defect candidate area is detected by comparing the second picked-up image with a second reference image corresponding to the second picked-up image. Then, an overlapping area in the first defect candidate area and the second defect candidate area is specified as a defect area in the object area.

  • Publication number: 20170261621
Abstract: A scintillator includes a scintillator layer including a phosphor and an augmenting agent and has an optical reflectance A1 at a wavelength 440 nm and an optical reflectance B1 at a wavelength 520 nm, wherein when an optical reflectance at the wavelength 440 nm is defined as A2 and an optical reflectance at the wavelength 520 nm is defined as B2 after exposure to 2,000R of radiation, ratios between the optical reflectances “A=A2/A1” and “B=B2/B1” before and after exposure to radiation satisfy “0.70?A/B?1.10”.

  • Publication number: 20170219495
Abstract: In a first defect candidate area detected on the basis of a difference between a value of each pixel in a picked-up image and a value of a corresponding pixel in a reference image and a second defect candidate area detected on the basis of a ratio between a value of each pixel in the picked-up image and a value of a corresponding pixel in the reference image, an overlapping area is detected as a defect area. It is thereby possible to suppress detection of a false defect and detect a defect with high accuracy. In a preferable defect detection part, a shaking comparison part detects a defect candidate area on the basis of a difference in the pixel value between the picked-up image and the reference image, and a false information reducing part limits pixels to be used for obtaining the above ratio to those included in the defect candidate area.
