  • Patent number: 5229720
Abstract: A VCA circuit is used at an input stage of communication device, an OA device or the like. The VCA circuit includes an output varying circuit which distributes a current supplied from a power supply side in accordance with a predetermined coefficient. The VCA circuit also includes an operational amplifier provided on an input side of the output varying circuit, and a feedback resistor connected between one of two input terminals and an output terminal of the operational amplifier. An input signal is applied to one of the two input terminals of the operational amplifier, a signal output from the output varying circuit is applied to the other input terminal. • Patent number: 5164681
Abstract: A voltage-current conversion circuit comprises a transistor (Q1) on the input side whose emitter is employed as the input terminal (IN), and a transistor (Q2) on the output side whose base is connected to the base of the transistor (Q1), and the collector current and the emitter current of the transistor (Q1) on the input side are made equal to the collector current of the transistor (Q2) on the output side with the aid of current mirrors circuits (1 and 2). Hence, the transistors on the input and output sides are equal in base-emitter voltage to each other, and the non-linear distortion is therefore eliminated. In addition, the inflow or outflow of current from the input voltage source is zeroed, so that a high input impedance is obtained.

  • Patent number: 5100017
Abstract: Disclosed is a packing can having a circumferential polyhedral wall formed on a can barrel, in which as compared with boundary ridgelines of structural unit faces of the polyhedral wall and crossing points of these boundary ridgelines, the structural unit faces are convex to the interior of the can and the structural unit faces are arranged so that adjacent rows of structural unit faces have a phase difference in the axial direction of the can. This packing can has a very high strength against deformation by application of the external pressure. Furthermore, in preparing this packing can, damage of a coating layer formed on a metal sheet used as the can barrel blank can be effectively prevented.
