    Abstract: An image inspection device which makes it easy to recognize a defect in an image formed on a recording medium, through an image display. The image inspection device includes an inspection report creating section for creating an inspection report which gives an inspection image read from a recording medium a mark indicating a defect generated in the inspection image. When the defect has a directional component, the inspection report creating section creates an inspection report which gives a mark indicating the direction of extension of the defect at a position where the defect has been generated in the inspection image.

    Abstract: An image inspection device includes a capture unit and an image inspection unit. The capture unit captures a read image. The image inspection unit detects an image defect in an inspection image captured by the capture unit by comparing the inspection image with a reference image that consists of an RIP image, the inspection image being obtained by reading a sheet to be inspected on which an image corresponding to the reference image is formed. The image inspection unit performs color conversion from CMYK to RGB on the reference image, compares the inspection image in RGB with the reference image in RGB to check difference, and makes a threshold for detecting an image defect larger or does not detect an image defect, for a portion of the reference image where a change in a particular color is more than a predetermined value.

The alignment corrector saves the correction parameter on a page basis and uses the correction parameter corresponding to a page including an image when aligned.

    Abstract: An OFDM communication system is provided that can implement more accurate signal transmission. The guard interval in the symbol section is formed by copying a predetermined number of symbols at the end portion of the symbol section and adding them to the forefront portion of the symbol portion. In the subsidiary station, the clipping start position stored in its memory is referred. Then, a predetermined number of symbols are clipped from the clipping start position. The clipped signal includes the guard interval of the symbols. However, since the guard interval is the signal obtained by copying the rear portion of the symbol, the clipping signal is the signal in which the phase of the symbol is merely deviated. An accurate symbol is obtained by performing phase correction. Thus, the influence due to multipath is suppressed while the signal transmitted from the base station can be accurately decoded.
