  • Publication number: 20210357061
Abstract: A flexible image display device includes a window member, a first member, a first laminate or a first touch-sensor-equipped panel member, and a plurality layers of tacky members. The first laminate is a laminate of a second member and a member 3A (including a panel member). When the first laminate is included, one of the first and second members is an optical film, and the other is an optical film or a touch sensor. The plurality layers of tacky members at least include three layers each disposed between the members. When the first touch-sensor-equipped panel member is included, the first member is an optical film, and the plurality layers of tacky members at least include two layers each disposed between the members. E0×T0?0.32 (E0: elastic modulus (GPa) of the window member, T0: thickness (mm) of the window member).

  • Patent number: 10571382
Abstract: A water vapor concentration in a test gas in a first space of a measurement space in which a sample is disposed is adjusted, and a water vapor concentration m a earlier gas in a second space separated from the first space by the sample is measured by a measurement unit. When the water vapor concentration in the test gas is changed, a shift B in charge of the water vapor concentration in the carrier gas from the change of the water vapor concentration in the test gas is calculated. The calculated shift B in the change of the water vapor concentration in the carrier gas corresponds to ease of moisture accumulation in the sample. Thus, it is possible to analyze not only the amount of moisture permeating the sample but also the ease of moisture accumulation, so that characteristics of the sample can be widely analyzed.

  • Publication number: 20190243041
Abstract: Disclosed is a pressure sensitive adhesive-equipped polarizing plate (100) including a first pressure sensitive adhesive sheet arranged on one principal surface of a polarizing plate containing a polyvinyl alcohol-based polarizer. The polarizing plate includes a transparent protective film bonded to the second principal surface of the polarizer, and a urethane layer having a thickness of 0.1 to 10 ?m disposed in contact with the first principal surface of the polarizer. The value XD2 of the first pressure sensitive adhesive sheet disposed on the urethane layer is 1×10?7 g/24 h or more, where X is a water-vapor permeability of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, and D is a thickness of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet.

  • Patent number: 10067268
Abstract: A one-side-protected polarizing film having a transparent protective film on only one surface of a polarizer, wherein: the polarizer contains a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin, has a thickness of 10 ?m or less, and is designed to have a single-body transmittance T and a polarization degree P representing optical properties satisfying the condition of the following formula: P>?(100.929T?42.4?1)×100 (provided that T<42.3) or P?99.9 (provided that T?42.3); and the other surface of the polarizer has a transparent layer thereon satisfying formula 1 (F?3) and formula 2 (C?e?0.7F), given that the thickness thereof is F (?m) and the compressive elastic modulus thereof at 80° C. is C (GPa). Even when the polarizer has prescribed optical properties and the thickness is 10 ?m or less, this one-side-protected polarizing film is capable of suppressing through cracks and nano-slits.

  • Publication number: 20180231703
Abstract: A polarizing film according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a polarizer and a support. The support is formed on at least one surface of the polarizer. The support has a pattern structure including a portion intersecting an absorption axis of the polarizer in a plan view. The method of producing a polarizing film includes a step of forming, on at least one surface of a polarizer, a pattern of a resin material including a portion intersecting an absorption axis of the polarizer in a plan view; and curing the resin material to provide a support having a pattern structure.
