  • Patent number: 11983383
Abstract: A display control device includes a display and a controller. The display is configured to be installed in a vehicle and capable of touch operation. The controller configured to control an image displayed on the display. The controller detects a start trigger indicating that a user has started scrolling to the left or right on the display, and increases a relative position between a tile and an icon at a prescribed acceleration with a passage of time from detection of the start trigger. The controller detects a stop trigger indicating that the user has stopped scrolling, and reduces the relative position between the tile and the icon at a prescribed deceleration with a passage of time from detection of the detected stop trigger.

  • Patent number: 11874132
Abstract: To provide a display control method and apparatus for a display that can display an appropriate amount of information provided by software for communication in accordance with the information currently being displayed on the display, the disclosure includes detecting a phone call or message reception provided by the software for communication (41); when detecting the phone call or message reception, detecting software (2) that is currently displaying information (52) on the display (5); and determining, in accordance with the software that is currently displaying information on the display, a display form of information (P1) provided by the software for communication to be either a first display form of displaying the information in a part of a display region of the software that is currently displaying information on the display or a second display form in which a display area is larger than that of the first display form.

  • Patent number: 4480010
Abstract: By use of an ion plating apparatus having an ionizing means which can be operated independently of the electric potential of a substrate, at the initial and final stages of the process of ion plating, a negative potential relative to that of a vapor source is applied to the substrate in order to facilitate the bombardment effect and at the intermediate stage of the process, the potential of the substrate is left floating while the ionization means is being driven in order to control the bombardment effect. In a preferred example, the apparatus has thermoelectron emitting filaments located near the substrate and a pair of anodes located on the side of the vapor source with respect to the substrate and on the opposite side of the substrate. This process permits producing relatively thick and adherent coatings.

  • Patent number: 4415421
Abstract: Within a vacuum chamber filled with a low-pressure gas atmosphere including nitrogen, titanium is vaporized to coat a titanium nitride film on a surface of an ornamental part such as a watch case by a reactive ion plating method, and a gold film is coated thereon to modulate the color. In this process, the titanium vapor is supplied from an electron beam melting vapor source whereas the gold vapor is supplied from a sputtering vapor source, and the periods both vapors are supplied partly overlap. This process improves the reproducibility of color modulation by coating the gold film and enhances the affinity at the interface between the titanium nitride film and the gold film.
