  • Patent number: 11319851
Abstract: An exhaust gas treatment system to be fitted on a chassis of an automotive vehicle. The system includes a selective catalytic reduction device and a gaseous fluid supplying device. The gaseous fluid supplying device includes a tank containing a material which is capable of retaining gaseous fluid by absorption and/or adsorption and/or formation of chemical complexes, and of releasing previously retained gaseous fluid. The gaseous fluid supplying device further includes a gaseous fluid delivery system capable of causing the release of gaseous fluid by the material and an injection system for injecting gaseous fluid upstream from the selective catalytic reduction device. Additionally the system may include a particulate filtering device. The particulate filtering device, the selective catalytic reduction device and the gaseous fluid supplying device are arranged within a same frame which includes fastening means for fastening the frame to the vehicle chassis.

  • Patent number: 9732650
Abstract: An exhaust gas purification apparatus includes: a reduction catalyst converter that reduces and purifies nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas; a tank that stores a liquid reducing agent or precursor thereof; and an injection nozzle that injects the liquid reducing agent or precursor thereof stored in the tank on an exhaust gas upstream side of the reduction catalyst converter. Some of the exhaust gas flowing through an exhaust pipe is diverted to the tank by a bypass pipe, to cause an exchange of heat between the diverted exhaust gas and the liquid reducing agent or precursor thereof stored in the tank, thereby thawing the liquid reducing agent or precursor thereof frozen in the tank.

  • Patent number: 9188038
Abstract: A pumping device having an identifying function is provided to allow cost reduction. A return channel and a delivery channel of a pump are connected to a suction tube equipped with a flowmeter, a return tube is connected to the return channel, a solenoid valve is disposed between the suction tube and the delivery channel, and a control unit identifying a fluid by a flow velocity difference of the flowmeter is disposed. The solenoid valve closes the delivery channel when a fluid flows in, the flowmeter measures a flow rate of a fluid sucked through the suction tube, and the fluid is returned to the return tube via the return channel. The control unit opens the solenoid valve to supply the fluid also to the delivery channel when it is identified that a fluid is an intended fluid.
