  • Patent number: 10215225
Abstract: In a power-transmitting mechanism with rolling-element bearing according to the present invention, an inner ring has plural inner ring members disposed in series in an axial direction, an outer ring has plural outer ring members respectively cooperating with the plural inner ring members. Plural rolling elements are disposed between the cooperating inner ring members and outer ring members. A retainer has plural partitions retaining the plural rolling elements at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction such that rolling elements disposed between one pair of cooperating inner ring and outer ring members and rolling elements disposed between another pair of cooperating inner ring and outer ring members orbit the corresponding inner ring members in a synchronized manner, and a connector connecting the plural partitions such that the plural partitions integrally rotate around an axis.

  • Patent number: 8974176
Abstract: Provided is a compressor that is capable of, with a simple configuration, facilitating the insertion operation of a compressor bundle by reliably preventing tilting thereof during insertion into a chamber; and that also makes it possible to reduce a roller size without increasing the contact pressure of rollers for sliding the compressor bundle. A small tilt sensor that detects a relative angle difference ? of the compressor bundle with respect to the bundle casing is provided at at least one location in the compressor bundle to be inserted into the chamber inside the bundle casing. In addition, the weight of the compressor bundle during the insertion into the chamber is supported by rollers provided at a bottom portion near the front end of the compressor bundle by making the rollers come in contact with an inner circumferential wall surface of the chamber.

  • Patent number: 8672792
Abstract: A first rotary shaft and a second rotary are rotatable around a rotation axis. The second rotary shaft has a cylindrical supporting part that covers an end section of the first rotary shaft. A case supports the first and second rotary shafts. A first rolling bearing is disposed between the first rotary shaft and the case and rotatably supports the first rotary shaft. A second rolling bearing is disposed between the supporting part and the first rotary shaft and supports the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft such that they are rotatable relative to each other. A transmission part of the second rotary shaft transmits to the second rolling bearing a preload force that pushes the second rotary shaft to the first rotary shaft side. A load-receiving part of the case receives the preload force transmitted from the second rolling bearing to the first rolling bearing.

  • Publication number: 20120157256
Abstract: In a bearing oil supply structure for a wind turbine generator provided with a planetary-type planet gear box having a planet gear that rotates about a planet pin fixed to a carrier with a slide bearing interposed therebetween, lubrication of the slide bearing is achieved by supplying lubricant oil by using an oil bath in a lower rotation region and by supplying lubricant oil by injecting lubricant oil pressure-fed from a lubricant oil source through a nozzle in an upper rotation region.
