  • Patent number: 4716775
Abstract: A transmission comprising a main change speed mechanism, an auxiliary change speed mechanism, a rear differential mechanism and a cassette type supplementary change speed mechanism. The supplementary change speed mechanism acts on the transmission through an opening defined in a transmission case housing the transmission. The supplementary change speed mechanism is housed in and supported by a supplementary change speed case which is attached to the transmission case. Transmissions of various specifications may be provided by making various types of supplementary change speed mechanism. The supplementary change speed mechanism is applicable to a propelling transmission line and/or a power takeoff transmission line.

  • Patent number: 4628768
Abstract: A tractor transmission wherein an engine output is transmitted through a clutch mechanism to a primary change speed mechanism, and a clutch housing and a first transmission case are removably connected to each other. The first transmission case includes a space in a forward portion thereof to accommodate a high speed and low speed switching mechanism and a forward and backward switching mechanism, interchangeable with each other, to be attached to a rear wall of the clutch housing.
