    Abstract: An opening device of a liquid food container includes a bottom, a main body, and a top part joined to an upper end of the main body and formed with thermoplastic resin. The top part has a lid integrally moulded with thermoplastic resin. The lid divides the top part and includes weakening lines, a first lid part, a second lid part, and a gripper. A first hinge is formed between the first lid part and the second lid part, the weakening lines are cut when the gripper is pulled up, and the-first lid part rotates on the-first hinge such that the weakening lines open narrowly. A second hinge is formed in an edge of the second lid part, the weakening lines are cut by further pulling the gripper, and the second lid part rotates on the second hinge such that the weakening lines open more widely.

The device includes a base and a main body, formed from packaging material, both sides of the base paper of which have been laminated with thermoplastic resin and a top, formed from thermoplastic resin, which is joined to the top of the main body. An opening of the opening device for straws, integrated with the top section, is provided with a plurality of step sections and between-step sections on the front and back surfaces. The front between-step sections and the back between-step sections overlap at the edge of each of the step sections, with the thickness at the edge of the between-step sections being thinner than that of the steps.

When the projection reaches the squeeze portion (P1) during transportation of the packaging material (11), the sleeve (64) is pushed by the projection and thereby decentered, so that the retractable roller portion (55) is retracted.

In this case, after being heated and melted, the resin film of the packaging material (12) is gradually cooled. As a result, thermoplastic resin that constitutes the resin film is crystallized and becomes brittle.

A shield plate (57) is positionable above the nozzles (31) to deflect the hydrogen-oxygen gas mixture emitted from the nozzles (31), and an igniter (32) is disposed adjacent one of the nozzles (31), to ignite the mixture emitted from the nozzle (31).

A parts array utilized in conjunction with such an apparatus includes a plurality of molded parts and a carrier to which each of the molded parts are arranged in a row on the carrier.
