  • Publication number: 20090078377
Abstract: A shutter device includes a pair of support frames spaced in parallel with a predetermined distance therebetween, and a shutter arranged between the support frames. The support frames support both the right and the left shutter flanks of the shutter so as to allow the shutter to reciprocate along a longitudinal direction of the support frames. A weatherstrip is inserted between a side in each flank of the shutter and an opposing face of corresponding one of the support frames facing the side. The weatherstrip includes a long base material fixed to the support frame, a plurality of threads raised on the base material, and film member provided on the base material. The film member has a higher rigidity than the treads, and the height of the film member in a direction towards the opposing face of the support frame is lower than that of the treads.

  • Publication number: 20080308220
Abstract: A film coated with a metal foil is embossed beforehand by a film shaping male mold to impart to the film a shape conformed to a formed article. The film shaping male mold and an injection molding male mold are slid, and injection molding is performed, with the embossed film coated with the metal foil being sandwiched between the injection molding male mold and a shaping female mold. As a result, the metal foil of the film coated with the metal foil is transferred to a product having a deeply concavo-convex surface, without damage to the metal foil, with the quality of the product being ensured.

  • Publication number: 20060049559
Abstract: A cushioning member is located between each support frame and the corresponding side of the shutter. The cushioning member includes a pair of belt-shaped base members and pile yarns bridging between the base members. Some of the pile yarns are cut at intermediate portion between the base members, which forms opposing first and second cut pile yarns with a cut in between. One of the base members is attached to each support frame, and the other base member contacts the shutter. The cut permits the cushioning member to flexibly respond to movements of the shutter and satisfactorily exerts a cushioning function to suppress swaying of the shutter.

  • Publication number: 20050079319
Abstract: A velour material includes a base fabric comprised of a woven fabric and a plurality of pile yarns woven into the base fabric in a pile weave such that they are raised on the surface thereof. The pile yarn has been subjected to a cleaning treatment in which the pile yarn is washed in the raw yarn stage with a cleaning solution containing a surfactant and then the cleaning solution is removed with water. Fats and oils adhered to fibers of the pile yarn have been washed and removed by the cleaning treatment. The content of fats and oils in the pile yarn after the cleaning treatment is half or less compared to the content of fats and oils in the pile yarn before the cleaning treatment.

  • Patent number: 6739161
Abstract: A cleaning material or a sealing material is attached to a supporting body facing a moving body that contacts microscopic particles. The cleaning material or the sealing material has a ground fabric formed with a knit fabric. The knit fabric is obtained through warp knitting ground yarns. Pile yarns are raised on the ground fabric. The pile yarns slide on the moving body to scrape off the microscopic particles on the moving body, thereby cleaning the surface of the moving body. The pile yarns also blocks flow of microscopic particles through the space between the moving body and the supporting body and collect the particles.

  • Publication number: 20040086309
Abstract: A conductive brush comprises a substrate of a belt shape and a plurality of pile yarns extended from the substrate. The substrate and the pile yarns are formed of a same kind of synthetic resin and the pile yarns are adhered to the substrate by a ultrasonic wave. Conductivity is applied to at least a part of the substrate and the pile yarns by including a conductive material in the synthetic resin.

  • Patent number: 6356626
Abstract: A voice message processor is disclosed for producing remote voice recordings in a decentralized, non-networked environment. Connections are provided for a communication link capable of transmitting and receiving calls over a public communication network, for a telephone set, and for a recordable voice message recording/playback device. A switching device provides a first state in which the telephone set connection and communication link connection are connected together, a second state in which the voice message recording/playback device input is connected to the communication link connection, and a third state in which the voice message recording/playback device output is connected to the communication link connection. A controller enable the voice message recording/playback device to be selectively recorded and played back when the switching device is in its second state and enables the voice message recording/playback device to be selectively played back when the switching device is in its third state.

  • Publication number: 20010048174
Abstract: A thermoplastic shaped resin article may include, for example, a shaped base material and a thermoplastic resin sheet. A discontinuous metal film may be disposed on one surface of the resin sheet. The base material may be adhered to the resin sheet so that the metal film faces the base material. As a result, shaped resin articles may be prepared that have a metallic appearance and transmit visible light.

  • Patent number: 6115566
Abstract: A seal member seals a housing that accommodates fine particles used for printing images and a movable member for feeding the particles to a printing mechanism. The seal member resists leakage of the particles from between the housing and the movable member. The seal member includes fibers for capturing the particles and a support layer for supporting the fibers, wherein the fibers are inclined relative to the support layer at a predetermined angle.
