  • Publication number: 20230376096
Abstract: An electronic device includes a connector and a power feed circuit. The connector includes a plurality of first terminals. The plurality of first terminals are connected to a plurality of second terminals of a connecting device and include: one or more power supply terminals to supply direct-current power to the connecting device; and a detection terminal. When the connecting device is connected to the connector, the power feed circuit determines whether a second terminal, among the plurality of second terminals, connected to the detection terminal is a specific terminal. The power feed circuit supplies direct-current supply power having a voltage value set based on a result of the determination to the connecting device via the one or more power supply terminals of the connector.

  • Patent number: 11460073
Abstract: Oil grooves (40) formed in at least one of surfaces of a ring-shaped member (30) each have a longitudinal direction that forms an angle falling within a range of from 40 degrees to 75 degrees with respect to a radial direction of the ring-shaped member, and are arranged at equal intervals in a circumferential direction of the ring-shaped member (30). The oil grooves (40) include communicating oil grooves (40A) and non-communicating oil grooves (40B) formed to extend to the vicinity of an outer peripheral end (34), and are arranged with periodic regularity in the circumferential direction of the ring-shaped member (30). In addition, a communicating oil groove area ratio expressed by Expression: “S1/(S1+S2)” falls within a range of from 0.15 to 0.85, where S1 represents a sum of plane areas of the communicating oil grooves (40A), S2 represents a sum of the non-communicating oil grooves (40B).

  • Publication number: 20170310138
Abstract: An electronic device is provided with built-in battery, a first latch for locking first battery, and a second latch for locking second battery. The electronic device also includes: first switch alternatively selecting a battery for supplying power to the electronic device from first battery and second battery; and second switch for switching on and off the supply of power from built-in battery to the electronic device. The electronic device is additionally provided with a latch opening/closing detector for detecting opening and closing of the first latch and the second latch, battery remaining amount detector for detecting remaining amounts of first battery and second battery, and a power controller for controlling first switch and second switch. The power controller controls first switch and second switch based on detection results of latch opening/closing detector and battery remaining amount detector.

  • Patent number: 4557592
Abstract: An exposure-scanning apparatus in which an erect, equal-sized light image of an original document is focused on an image-receiving sheet. The apparatus comprises a transparent platen maintained stationary to support the original document. A scanning box is arranged to advance and then to return between first and second positions in parallel to the platen. An optical-exposure unit is arranged to move together with the scanning box. As the scanning box advances, the image-receiving sheet is advanced by means of a sheet-transport device in a direction the same as that of the scanning box at a speed twice that of the advance of the scanning box. A pair of push rollers are rotatably supported on the scanning box to push the image-receiving sheet onto the sheet-transport device at positions immediately before and after the light-image forming region in a direction of advance of the scanning box. The image-receiving sheet may be a photosensitive paper having a photoconductive surface.

  • Patent number: 4239371
Abstract: Disclosed is an improved electrophotographic copying machine in which a black frame eliminating mechanism and a random cutting assembly adapted to cut a roll of photosensitive paper to a required length are incorporated. The black frame eliminating mechanism comprises an original supporting window, the length of which is longer than that of an original, an original depressing plate having a white surface facing and covering over the supporting window, means for depositing a charge over the length of a portion of a photosensitive paper, which length corresponds to that of the original, and means for exposing the paper placed at a predetermined position to the light from the entire area of the supporting window.
