  • Patent number: 11791762
Abstract: A solar panel for pitched roof and construction method of the solar panel are disclosed. The solar panel includes a substrate, a first bonding layer, an insulating layer, a second bonding layer, a solar cell module layer, a third bonding layer, a brightness enhancement film layer, a fourth bonding layer and a transparent fluorine element film layer from bottom to top. Since the peripheral fixing area of the substrate has fixing holes for fixing purposes, the solar panels of the present invention can replace the existing asphalt shingles and be applied on the pitched roof, and have the characteristics such as water removal, moisture resistance, extreme temperature resistance and windproof. The solar panel can not only provide renewable energy, but its neat appearance can also increase the beauty of the pitched roof.

  • Patent number: 8883540
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a photovoltaic module formed on a corrugated-sheet building material includes: shaping a base board in a manner that the base board thus shaped takes on a corrugated-sheet shape and therefore not only has thereon alternating grooves and ridges but also a processing surface defined between a said groove and an adjacent said ridge; forming a photovoltaic module on the processing surface of the base board by stacking a bottom adhesive film layer, a photovoltaic layer, a top adhesive film layer, and a condensing film layer on the processing surface in bottom-to-top order; rolling the photovoltaic module and the base board against each other at 130˜180° C. to effectuate engagement therebetween; and performing lamination within hermetically sealed space at 140˜170° C. and 2˜10 kg/cm2 for 5˜10 minutes. A back plate layer is disposed beneath the bottom adhesive film layer and connected to the base board through another adhesive film layer.

  • Publication number: 20120285533
Abstract: A construction material structure for use with solar power includes a panel having an outer top side provided thereon with an adhesive element and connected to a bottom side of at least one solar cell via the adhesive element. The panel is a baked enamel steel plate, an aluminum plate, or a plastic plate. A thermal insulation element is disposed on an inner bottom side of the panel. The thermal insulation element is made of polyurethane (PU) foam or gypsum. The adhesive element is an Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) film or a Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) film. Another adhesive element is disposed on a top side of the at least one solar cell. A high-transparency high-light-concentration film is disposed on the another adhesive element. A coarse face including projections is disposed on an outer surface of the high-transparency high-light-concentration film. The high-transparency high-light-concentration film is made of Teflon (TEFZEL), Polyester (PET) or Polycarbonate (PC).

  • Publication number: 20110174357
Abstract: Provided is a temperature control device for a thin-type photovoltaic thermal module, including a conductive layer and a conductor having a top surface coupled to a bottom surface of the photovoltaic thermal module via the conductive layer therebetween. The conductor is internally provided with a plurality of channels arranged in parallel. A liquid is configured to flow from an end of the conductor to another end of the conductor so as to allow heat to enter or exit the conductor for enabling the photovoltaic thermal module to generate power at a steady power level.
