Abstract: A combination padlock comprises a housing, a shackle, and a numbered wheel set. The housing is made up of a front housing and a rear housing. The shackle has a hooked portion and a rod-shaped body. The numbered wheel set comprises a seat on which a locking mechanism is disposed for actuating a movable grid plate to move up and down. The front housing is provided with a receiving cell having a position restricting block, whereas the rear housing is provided with a receiving cell having a position restricting block and a retaining block. The position restricting block is intended to confine the rod-shaped body of the shackle while the retaining block is engageable with the retaining recess of the rod-shaped body of the shackle at such time when the shackle is pulled upwards.

Abstract: A padlock comprises a body and a shackle capable of rotating freely. The body is provided therein with a dial set having a plurality of the numbered wheels mounted on a shaft rod capable of an axial displacement. The shackle is provided with a neck fastened pivotally with the body. The neck is provided at the bottom thereof with a through hole extending along the axis of the neck and engageable with the shaft rod. The shackle is further provided with a hooked portion and a retaining member fastened pivotally thereto between the neck and the hooked portion. The hook portion is provided with a cut which is pressed against by one end of the retaining member. The top end of the shaft rod is pressed against by another end of the retaining member.

Abstract: A push button security lock for baggage comprises two casings respectively mounted on the upper and lower portions of the baggage, the first casing housing a plurality of latch members each of which has a first and a second loop members and can be turned to set at a first position in which the first loop member is projected downward or at a second position in which the second loop member is projected downward, the second casing housing a plurality of clasp members each of which has a first hook member and a second hook member for respectively catching the first and second hook members when the baggage is closed. The lock can be opened when the clasp member is depressed in a proper combination corresponding the combination of the latch members which are selectively set at the first positions.

Abstract: An improved combination locking device for suitcases or the like comprises: an open housing body having a pair of protrusions separately formed in the opposing longitudinal sides, and a latching opening in the vertical side; a check plate with a plurality of longitudinally spaced openings formed therein provided in the housing body; a code latch device having a plurality of actuating sleeves and dialing wheels rotatably coupled together installed in the housing body in connection with the check plate; and a manual operating mechanism combined by a coupling frame, a sliding member and a push block installed over the code latch device through a front plate in conjunction with the locations of the actuating sleeves and the dialing wheels; thereby, in addition to performing locking and unlocking functions, the code setting in the latch device can be conveniently changed at any time without opening the suitcase or taking any mechanical operation.

Abstract: A combination lock includes a bolt plate that can be retracted independently of a fence plate and dial wheel assemblies when a strap hinge is pressed thereagainst so that the bolt plate can latch into the strap hinge whether the dial wheel assemblies are in a proper combination symbols or not. The bolt plate which latches into the strap hinge can be moved against a biasing force by means of a fence plate which has spaced apart downward hook members abutted against three dial wheel assemblies when it is locked against a releasing movement. Each of the dial wheel assemblies are provided with a radial bore and an axial groove, the radial bores being respectively registered with the axial grooves when the dial wheels are in the proper combination of symbols in a proper sequence for permitting the releasing movement of the fence plate that brings the bolt plate to an unlatching position.
