    Abstract: A detecting apparatus and method for detecting deformation of a fixed mold plate of an injection molding machine. The apparatus includes a mounting member and an elastic member that is received in the through hole of the mounting member and generally positioned at the center thereof. The apparatus also has a contacting member that is received in the through hole and positioned near or at the first end surface, and a sliding member that is slidably received in the through hole near or at the second end surface. A blocking member is attached to the second end surface of the mounting member. A pressure sensor is fixed between the blocking member and the contacting member.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of generating a pulse for a digital differential analyzer. The digital differential analyzer includes a counter, a shift register and an adder with a comparator. The beginning number P of the shift register, the beginning number L of the comparator, and the beginning number Q of the counter, are all set, according to the formula Q=int(0.5L+0.5). A pulse command is inputted into the shift register. The number of the shift register and the number of the counter are added. The sum of the addition step is compared to the number of the comparator. If the sum is greater than or equal to the number of the comparator, the digital differential analyzer generates a pulse.

The motion controlling unit includes two servomotor position controllers both for receiving a first position command, and the driving amplifying units are respectively connected to the servomotor position controllers for receiving a second and third position command. Two position detectors are respectively received in the two screw caps that are mounted to the servomotors for detecting absolute positions of the corresponding screw caps.     Abstract: A feed rate control device for controlling the feeding operation of the electrode of a computerized numerical control type electric spark machine is equipped with an amplitude limiter, a regulator, and a proportional-plus-integral compensator. The amplitude limiter is capable of automatically limiting the amplitude of the input signal according to the moving situation of the electrode of the electric spark machine. By using of the amplitude limiter, the sensitivity of the system may be limited to a suitable level and therefore the stability of the whole system is increased. The proportional-plus-integral compensator is used to compensate the steady state error caused by improper low resolution when the output signal of the amplitude limiter is below an preliminary level. The regulator is used for facilitating the adjustment of the sensitivity of the system according to user's practical experiences.
