  • Publication number: 20120312388
Abstract: A gas stop structure capable of repeated inflation and deflation is provided, which includes: a plurality of outer films; a gas chamber area, formed of the plurality of outer films and including a buffer portion and a gas storage portion; a gas stop valve, located between the plurality of outer films, in which a part of the gas stop valve is exposed beyond the plurality of outer films; and a warp portion, connected the buffer portion and the gas storage portion. When a gas tube is placed inside the gas stop valve to inflate the gas chamber area with gas, a height of the inflated gas storage portion is greater than that of the buffer portion to form a sectional difference, so the gas storage portion bends towards the buffer portion to seal the warp portion. After inflation, the gas tube is removed and the gas stop valve is sealed.

  • Publication number: 20120294554
Abstract: A transporting bag structure is provided, which includes: a bag body, including an opening and an accommodating space; and a channel pipe, connected the accommodating space and an outside space. A first end of the channel pipe is exposed out of the bag body. A second end of the channel pipe is located inside the accommodating space. A gas and a fluid flow into the accommodating space to form a gas layer and a fluid layer. The channel pipe penetrates the gas layer and enables the second end to be immersed in the fluid layer. The channel pipe is closed by being pressed in a segmented manner due to pressure differentials of the layers, so that the gas of the gas layer is not able to flow back out of the accommodating space via the channel pipe, and the fluid of the fluid layer is unable to flow back.

  • Publication number: 20120295044
Abstract: Disclosed is a shockproof cover cutting structure. At least one cutting line is provided between two air columns, wherein the cutting line is capable of separating the adjacent two air columns towards different directions, thereby allowing air column piece to be separated into two pieces and capable of rotating freely. Further, a through hole is disposed at top end of the cutting line where the two cutting lines of the two air columns intersect. When the two air columns are separated towards different directions, the through hole is capable of preventing the tearing point from extending linearly along the cutting line and ripping the air column thereof. Or, to prevent the column wall of the air column from being thinned and likely to be punctured by the object it is covering, causing air leakage and loss of cushioning function.

  • Patent number: 8251216
Abstract: A gas column structure for a shockproof sleeve includes a gas-column sheet, two folding lines and two recessed buffer walls. Each of the recessed buffer walls has U-shaped members formed abreast through heat sealing. The middle short gas columns of the U-shaped members at two sides of the recessed buffer walls are unfilled, so that four corners of the gas column structure for the shockproof sleeve are free from being broken when contacting sharp points. The gas columns of the gas-column sheet may be formed through heat sealing to have irregular shapes, so the gas-column sheet is ideal for articles with sharp points and/or irregular shapes. A dark screen may be additionally provided for covering the accommodating space as a movable screen that covers and thereby protects the semi-open accommodating space.

  • Publication number: 20120027969
Abstract: An air-sealed body with automatically opened air valves and a manufacturing method thereof uses a heat resisting material to spread between two inner films. The two inner films are stacked together between two outer films and heat sealed with the outer films to form an air passage and plural air columns therein. Air inlets and heat-sealed blocks are both formed by heat sealing, wherein each heat-sealed block is shrinking gradually from one side thereof near the first transverse heat-sealing line to another. During filing air the two outer films around the air passage are pulled apart in a longitudinal direction, and the air passage will be contracted in a transverse direction and then the two inner films are pulled apart in a longitudinal direction to open the air inlets. Thereafter, after entering the air columns, the air presses the two inner films to close the air columns.
