  • Publication number: 20140036401
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a supply terminal that receives a supply voltage from an outside and supplies the supply voltage to a power supply line, a ground terminal that receives a ground voltage from the outside, a first I/O terminal that conducts a logical input signal from the outside, a first diode that is disposed between the supply terminal and the first I/O terminal so that the supply terminal is located on a cathode side and the first I/O terminal is located on an anode side, and a determination unit that compares voltages of the power supply line and the first I/O terminal, and outputs an abnormal signal when the voltage of the supply terminal is less than the voltage of the first I/O terminal.

  • Patent number: 8575978
Abstract: A coupling failure of a supply terminal or a ground terminal is easily detected. A diode is disposed between a supply terminal of a semiconductor device and a first I/O terminal so that the supply terminal is located on a cathode side, and the first I/O terminal is located on an anode side. A determination unit determines whether or not a voltage of the supply terminal is lower than a voltage of the first I/O terminal when a signal of high level equal to a supply voltage is input to the first I/O terminal.

  • Patent number: 5905008
    Abstract: An electrophotographic photosensitive member has a photosensitive layer formed on a support. A surface layer (or the outermost layer) of the photosensitive layer contains a fluorine-modified organic silicone resin represented by the following average unit formula:{F(CF.sub.2).sub.a1 -Q.sub.1 -R.sub.1.m1 SiO.sub.(3-m1)/2 }.sub.X1 {F(CF.sub.2).sub.a2 -Q.sub.2 -R.sub.2.m2 SiO.sub.(3-m2)/2 }.sub.X2 . . . {F(CF.sub.2).sub.ap -Q.sub.p -R.sub.p.mp SiO.sub.(3-mp)/2 }.sub.Xp {R.sub.1 '.sub.n1 SiO.sub.(4-n1)/2)}.sub.y1 {R.sub.2 '.sub.n2 SiO.sub.4-n2)/2 }.sub.y2 . . . {R.sub.q '.sub.nq SiO.sub.(4-nq)/2 }.sub.yqwhere R.sub.1 -R.sub.p and R.sub.1 '-R.sub.q ' are each an alkyl or aryl group; Q.sub.1 -Q.sub.p are each an alkylene group; m1-mp are each an integer of 0 to 2; n1-nq are each an integer of 0 to 3; a1-aq are each an integer; x1-y1 are each a number larger than 0; and X2-Xp and Y2 are each respectively a number of 0 or more.

  • Patent number: 5744278
Abstract: A toner for electrophotography contains at least a colorant and a binder resin, and (i) contains 0.1 to 15 parts by weight of colorant per 100 parts by weight of binder resin, (ii) has a number average particle size of 0.5 to 6.0 .mu.m, (iii) has a coefficient of variation of 20% or less based on a number distribution, and (iv) has a capsule structure containing a shell layer and a core. The toner has solvent-mixture-soluble resin components extracted with a solvent mixture of ethanol and methyl ethyl ketone wherein the maximum glass transition temperature (Tg1) of a first soluble resin component obtained by extracting until 10% by weight of the total weight of the solvent-mixture-soluble resin components, and the maximum glass transition temperature (Tg2) of a second soluble resin component of the remainder satisfy the following relations:Tg1>Tg2 and Tg1.gtoreq.50.degree. C.
