Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for video analysis. The systems may obtain a video stream. For each of a plurality of frames in the video stream, the systems may determine a reference score corresponding to the frame based on a spatiotemporal feature of the frame. The spatiotemporal feature of the frame may associate a feature of the frame with a feature of at least one adjacent frame of the frame. The systems may determine, from the plurality of frames in the video stream, one or more target frames based on reference scores corresponding to the plurality of frames.

Abstract: A license plate classification method, a license plate classification apparatus and a computer-readable storage medium are provided. The method includes: performing a license plate recognition process on a first license plate image to obtain a license plate recognition result; performing an encoding process on the license plate recognition result to obtain a first license plate feature; performing a feature extraction process on the first license plate image to obtain a second license plate feature; and processing the first license plate feature and the second license plate feature through a classification network to obtain a first license plate classification result. In this way, an accuracy of license plate classification is improved.

Abstract: A self-rotation graphene heat-dissipation device for a direct-drive electro-hydrostatic actuator, that includes inner and outer walls of a shell eccentrically arranged relative to each other, the shell sleeves on an outer side of a self-rotation mechanism. The self-rotation mechanism is arranged on an outer side of a shaft; the shaft is coaxial with the inner wall of the shell and connected with outer and inner end covers. The self-rotation mechanism includes a rotor and blades, the rotor sleeves on the shaft and is connected with the outer and inner end covers. The rotor is slidably connected with the blades, and outer walls of the blades are closely attached to the inner wall of the shell. Graphene heat-dissipation layers are coated on outer walls of all of the shell, blades, the rotor, the inner and outer end covers respectively.

Abstract: A shooting method includes: displaying, on the display, a shooting preview interface collected by a first camera; displaying, on the shooting preview interface, a first image composition and a second image composition that respectively correspond to a first subject and a second subject, where the first subject is different from the second subject; displaying a guide mark on the shooting preview interface, to guide a user to operate the electronic device, so that a framing range of the second camera and the first image composition meet a matching condition; and in response to meeting the matching condition, displaying a first recommended image including the first subject on the display, where the first recommended image is collected by a second camera, wherein an angle of view of the first camera is greater than an angle of view of the second camera.
