The fixed mold and the movable mold being joined together are configured to nip a terminal base of the tuning-fork terminal between a terminal base receiving portion of the fixed mold and a terminal base abut portion of the movable mold in a state where the tuning-fork terminal is protruded outside a cavity which is formed by mold main body portions of the fixed mold and the movable mold being joined together and into which resin is injected.

Abstract: There is provided a support structure for a boss of a resin molded product. A plurality of cylindrical bosses stands up from one surface of a base plate to support a component. A plurality of reinforcing ribs extends radially from an outer circumferential surface of at least one of the bosses. The reinforcing ribs are arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other at a regular interval in a circumferential direction of the at least one of the bosses. Building-up portions are formed only on corner portions in which the outer circumferential surface of the at least one of the bosses and the reinforcing ribs intersect with each other.

The bus bar module includes: a plurality of bus bars respectively connecting batteries adjacent to each other of a battery assembly composed of a plurality of batteries overlapped with each other; a main body to which the bus bars are attached, and overlapped with the battery assembly; a plurality of positioning projections and a plurality of locking portions provided on the main body. The cover member includes: a plurality of cover portions arranged in parallel to an overlapping direction X of the batteries, and covering the bus bars; and a plurality of elastically deforming portions movably connecting the cover portions adjacent to each other. Each of the cover portions includes: a positioning hole into which the positioning projection is inserted; and a lock receiving portion with which the locking portion is locked.

Abstract: A wiring member comprises (a) a groove in which an electrical wire is arranged, (b) a lid operable to close an opening of the groove; and (c) a hinge adapted to connect the lid to a side wall of the groove such that the opening of the groove is allowed to be opened and closed by the lid. The side wall comprises a hinge-forming portion where the hinge is provided, and a projecting portion continuing to the hinge-forming portion, provided adjacent the hinge and protruding either inward or outward of the groove with reference to the hinge-forming portion. The projecting portion prevents the hinge-forming portion from being inclined when the opening of the groove is closed by the lid.
