  • Patent number: 12268782
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a preparation method of fatty acid-based VC liposomes, and belongs to the field of pharmaceutical preparations. In the disclosure, a complex of industrial conjugated linoleic acid and other fatty acids with sodium dodecyl sulfate is taken as a capsule material, which is self-assembled to embed vitamin C in an aqueous phase under an acidic condition (pH<7) to form the fatty acid-based vitamin C liposome. The preparation method of the disclosure does not use organic solvents and other substances harmful to the human body, and has the characteristics of safety and health. In addition to VC encapsulation under the acidic condition, the prepared fatty acid-based liposome can play a role in slowly releasing VC.

  • Publication number: 20250029274
Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and systems of sampling-based object pose determination. An example method includes obtaining, for a time frame, sensor data of the object acquired by a plurality of sensors; generating a two-dimensional bounding box of the object in a projection plane based on the sensor data of the time frame; generating a three-dimensional pose model of the object based on the sensor data of the time frame and a model reconstruction algorithm; generating, based on the sensor data, the pose model, and multiple sampling techniques, a plurality of pose hypotheses of the object corresponding to the time frame, generating a hypothesis projection of the object for each of the pose hypotheses by projecting the pose hypothesis onto the projection plane; determining evaluation results by comparing the hypothesis projections with the bounding box; and determining, based on the evaluation results, an object pose for the time frame.

  • Patent number: 12012628
Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method to elevate the amount of steviol glycosides remained in the recrystallization mother liquor of Stevia extract, and belongs to the field of modification and extraction of natural compounds. The disclosure adopts lactase for highly specific catalytic hydrolysis of stevioside to convert stevioside into rubusoside which usually can only be obtained from leaves of Rubus suavissimus S. Lee; and meanwhile, after stevioside in the mother liquor glycosides is converted, since the polarity difference between rubusoside and rebaudioside A is far larger than the polarity difference between stevioside and rebaudioside A, rebaudioside A is more easily separated out of the mother liquor glycosides. A technology provided by the disclosure is also applicable to value increment of mixed steviol glycosides containing stevioside and is beneficial for separating out rebaudioside A from the mixed steviol glycosides.

  • Patent number: 12014026
Abstract: Using a set of menu to key process mappings, historical menu usage data for an application is aggregated into aggregated key process usage data. A set of key process association rules, each comprising a consequent key process given a particular antecedent key process, is generated. From the set of key process association rules and a set of ranked menus by frequency of usage within each key process, a set of model menu recommendations is generated. According to an application usage history, a menu frequency ratio, and a confidence value of a modelled next menu, the set of menu recommendations is scored. A scored menu recommendation having a rank below a threshold rank is pruned from a set of menu items of the application ranked according to their scores. The pruned set of scored menu recommendations is presented for selection instead of the set of menu items.

  • Publication number: 20240184636
Abstract: In an approach, a processor divides a set of data into at least two smaller data blocks. For each of the at least two smaller data blocks, a processor calculates an original value for a data distribution of a respective smaller data block, runs at least two different sampling methods against the respective smaller data block to produce at least two different sets of sample data for the respective smaller data block, calculates respective sampling values for the data distribution of each set of sample data, and selects a set of sample data of the at least two different sets of sample data that has the respective sampling value that is closest to the original value for the respective smaller data block. A processor merges each selected set of sample data for each smaller data block to form a final set of sample data.

  • Publication number: 20230237076
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for automatically drawing infographics. Variables of a dataset are received from a computing device that were selected by the user of the computing device. For those selected variables that are associated with a data model, a procedure to draw infographics for variables assigned or not assigned the role of a target using the data model associated with each of the variables assigned or not assigned the role of target, respectively, is implemented. Alternatively, if the selected variables are not associated with a data model, then such variables are assigned a level of measurement as well as assigned the role of input. Such assignments become the data model which, along with the metadata (e.g., values of the variable) obtained by parsing the original data, are used to implement the procedure to draw infographics for variables not assigned the role of a target.

  • Publication number: 20230195512
Abstract: Various examples are directed to systems and methods for monitoring a plurality of container-implemented software application instances. A first ping agent executing in an orchestration container may launch a worker process in the orchestration container. The worker process may launch first and second worker threads in the orchestration container. The first worker thread may send a first ping message to a first application instance executing in a first application container outside the orchestration cluster. The second worker thread may send a second ping message to a second application instance executing in a second application container outside the orchestration cluster.
