Abstract: Systems and method directed to generating a stylized image are disclosed. In particular, the method includes, in a first data path, (a) applying first stylization to an input image and (b) applying enlargement to the stylized image from (a). The method also includes, in a second data path, (c) applying segmentation to the input image to identify a face region of the input image and generate a mask image, and (d) applying second stylization to an entirety of the input image and inpainting to the identified face region of the stylized image. Machine-assisted blending is performed based on (1) the stylized image after the enlargement from the first data path, (2) the inpainted image from the second data path, and (3) the mask image, in order to obtain a final stylized image.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method, an apparatus and a device for implementing a voice application and a computer readable storage medium, which determine a feedback content and a template identifier corresponding to a voice command of a user on a server side, and the determination result is performed by the IoT device. As the Internet information is iteratively updated, the voice command is also updated, the processing function of the voice command can be updated on the server side, so that the voice application in the IoT device does not need to be updated. Therefore, the processing capability of the voice application can be updated without upgrading the voice application itself, thereby alleviating the problem of an excessively long upgrade process due to the OTA upgrade process in the prior art.

Abstract: A catalyst used for dehydrogenation of an organic hydrogen-storage material to generate hydrogen, a support for the catalyst, and a preparation process thereof are presented. A hydrogen-storage alloy and a preparation process thereof are also provided. A process for providing high-purity hydrogen, a high-efficiently distributed process for producing high-purity and high-pressure hydrogen, a system for providing high-purity and high-pressure hydrogen, a mobile hydrogen supply system, and a distributed hydrogen supply apparatus are also described.

Abstract: A desulfurization catalyst includes at least: 1) a sulfur-storing metal oxide, 2) an inorganic binder, 3) a wear-resistant component, and 4) an active metal component. The sulfur-storing metal is one or more of a metal of Group IIB of the periodic table, a metal of Group VB of the periodic table, and a metal of Group VIB of the periodic table, e.g., zinc. The desulfurization catalyst has a good stability and a high desulfurization activity.

The method includes: acquiring an RGB indication signal of a forward-correlated pixel of a current pixel; comparing an RGB signal of the current pixel with the RGB indication signal of the forward-correlated pixel; acquiring a YUV indication signal of the forward-correlated pixel and assigning the YUV indication signal to a YUV signal of the current pixel, if the RGB signal of the current pixel is identical to the RGB indication signal of the forward-correlated pixel; and recalculating the YUV signal of the current pixel according to the RGB signal of the current pixel, if the RGB signal of the current pixel is different from the RGB indication signal of the forward-correlated pixel. The digital image conversion method and apparatus disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure can effectively reduce the amount of calculation required for image data conversion.

Abstract: Disclosed is a desulfurization catalyst for hydrocarbon oils, comprising a support and at least one metal promoter selected from the group consisting of cobalt, nickel, iron and manganese, the support comprising at least one metal oxide selected from the group consisting of oxides of Group IIB, Group VB and Group VIB metals and a refractory inorganic oxide, wherein the support further comprises at least about 5% by weight of vanadium carbide, based on the total weight of the desulfurization catalyst for hydrocarbon oils. The desulfurization catalyst for hydrocarbon oils shows a good stability, a high desulfurization activity, an excellent abrasion resistance, and a long service life. Also disclosed is a process for preparing the desulfurization catalyst for hydrocarbon oils, and use of the catalyst in the desulfurization of sulfur-containing hydrocarbon oils.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing a screenshot service on a terminal device and a storage medium and device. The method includes: a producer thread responds to a received screenshot command instruction, executes a screenshot operation, and writes shot screen data into a buffer region; and a consumer thread reads the screen data stored by the producer thread from the buffer region, executes image processing on the screen data to generate a screenshot image, and returns the screenshot image to an application which invokes a screenshot service. Adopting a multi-thread mode of a producer/consumer to complete a screenshot service respectively through a producer thread used for executing screen shooting and a consumer thread used for executing image processing on shot screen data can especially reduce screenshot time on a portable terminal device with limited processing capability, and can complete the screenshot service within tens of milliseconds.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a digital image conversion method and apparatus.
