The method includes: A network device receives, from a terminal, a first reference signal (RS) used to measure uplink CSI and a second RS used to measure the uplink CSI. The first RS includes one or more RS ports, and the one or more RS ports correspond to one or more antenna ports of the terminal. Correspondingly, the second RS includes one or more RS ports, and the one or more RS ports also correspond to one or more antenna ports of the terminal. In addition, the one or more antenna ports, of the terminal, corresponding to the one or more RS ports included in the second RS are partially or completely the same as the one or more antenna ports, of the terminal, corresponding to the one or more RS ports included in the first RS.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to a process for the preparation of a one component translucent room temperature vulcanisable (RTV) silicone composition. The RTV composition comprises chain-extended alkoxy end-capped polydiorganosiloxane polymers, and tin-based catalysts. The process generates a one component translucent RTV silicone composition which is stable in storage, in the absence of moisture, and is curable in the presence of atmospheric moisture at ambient temperature. The one component translucent RTV silicone composition resulting from the process was unexpectedly found to have excellent adhesive properties towards polyvinyl chloride (PVC) substrates.

In the method, a terminal may send, to a network device, a first RS that occupies a plurality of frequency domain resource segments in one time domain unit, where the plurality of frequency domain resource segments are discontinuously distributed on a frequency band of the terminal, and the network device receives the first RS on a corresponding frequency domain resource segment, and measures CSI based on the first RS. Currently, to avoid channel aging, a method is to shorten an SRS periodicity. Because frequency domain resources occupied by the SRS are continuously distributed on an entire frequency band, this method leads to a waste of time-frequency resources. However, the first RS in this application is discontinuously distributed on a frequency band of the terminal, and a relatively small quantity of time-frequency resources are occupied.

The location-aware features of the feature vector utilize position information associated with the block to calculate a weight for the block. The recognized text is used to construct a tri-character gram frequency, inverse document frequency (TGF-IDF) metric using tri-character grams extracted from the recognized text. Features in location-aware feature vector for the block are computed by multiplying the weight and the corresponding TGF-IDF metric. The location-aware feature vector for the image is the sum of the location-aware feature vectors for the individual blocks.
