The method is applied to a first network element in a radio access network, and includes: receiving a downlink data packet, where the downlink data packet includes downlink user data and an identifier of a data flow to which the downlink user data belongs; and transmitting a first interface message to a second network element in the radio access network, where the first interface message includes the identifier of the data flow, and the first interface message is used for determining a target bearer to which the data flow is mapped.

Abstract: A dual-connectivity handover method, a handover device and a storage medium. The target dual connectivity further comprises a target secondary node. A user terminal communicates with a source node before accessing the target dual connectivity. The method comprises: receiving handover request information, wherein the handover request information carries first information, and the first information is configuration information of the source node for the user terminal, or an index of the configuration information; and sending a first interface message to the target secondary node, wherein the first interface message carries the first information for enabling the target secondary node configure the user terminal according to the first information.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a wireless resource configuration method, a network element, an apparatus, and a storage medium, the method is applied to a first network element in a wireless access network, and the method comprises: sending a first request message to a second network element in a wireless access network, the first request message being used for requesting the second network element to provide first service data volume information, and the first service data volume information being used for configuring wireless resources; receiving the first service data volume information sent by the second network element.

Abstract: A direct recycling method for lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4), including: immersing a cathode strip of a spent battery into deionized water, the cathode strip including a current collector and a coating bonded to the current collector, the coating including LiFePO4; mechanically separating the LiFePO4 in the coating from the current collector; drying and grinding the separated LiFePO4 to obtain powder of the LiFePO4; stirring deionized water added with a lithium source and a pure sulfurous acid solution to form a mixture solution; stirring the mixture solution added with the powder of the LiFePO4 to form a suspension; heating the suspension to 90° C.-140° C. for 4-8 hours to allow the LiFePO4 in the suspension to be regenerated by a hydrothermal reaction; washing and drying the regenerated LiFePO4; and calcining the regenerated LiFePO4 under an atmosphere of inert gas.

The information communication method of this application includes: transmitting a measurement request message to a second network node, where the measurement request message is used to request the second network node to perform measurement on a target end according to a measurement requirement, and the target end includes a terminal and/or a cell; and receiving a target measurement result of the measurement performed on the target end transmitted by the second network node in a case where the measurement requirement is able to meet.

Abstract: Disclosed are a handover method and device. In embodiments of the present application, first, a DU determines that an inter-CU handover is required and then sends an F1 interface establishment request to a target CU, the F1 interface establishment request indicating that the reason for the establishment is the inter-CU handover for the DU; upon receiving the F1 interface establishment request sent from the DU, the target CU returns an F1 interface establishment response to the DU; upon receiving the F1 interface establishment response returned by the target CU, the DU sends to a source CU a message for instructing the DU to perform the inter-CU handover; and then, the DU is handed over from the source CU to the target CU.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide methods for checking UE capability match, an AMF, a base station, and a storage medium. The method includes: determining to send a UE capability match request to a base station during a registration procedure initiated by the UE; sending a request for setting up a UE's access stratum (AS) security context to the base station, and sending the UE capability match request to the base station after it is determined that the base station completes setup of the AS security context; receiving a UE capability match acknowledgement returned from the base station. By the method according to the embodiment of the application, the problem that the base station does not respond to the UE capability match process requested by the AMF, which results in that the AMF cannot issue an indication of IMS voice over PS session to the UE during the registration process.
