    Abstract: A lithium battery positive electrode material precursor and its preparation method and application are provided. The positive electrode material precursor has the chemical formula NixCoyMzTp(OH)q and contains secondary particles in the form of microspheres formed by agglomeration of primary particles. The microspheres have a three-layer structure from the inside to the outside, namely an inner core layer, a middle layer and an outermost layer. The ratio of the intensity of the (110) and (102) crystal planes diffraction peaks expressed as peak height in the XRD diffraction pattern of the inner core layer of the microsphere is 1.0-8.0. The positive electrode material prepared by using the positive electrode material precursor has high discharge specific capacity and good cycle stability and can be used in high-performance lithium batteries.

A scanning device can move in two directions, that is, an X-axis on which a magnetic driving wheel steps and a Y-axis on which a module body tests. During the scanning process, on the X-axis, a stepping motor drives a synchronous wheel-belt transmission, so that the magnetic driving wheel is rotated to achieve the purpose of stepping; on the Y-axis, a stepping motor on the module body drives the probe to reciprocate.

    Abstract: An online monitoring system for measuring the on-state voltage drop of power semiconductor devices comprises a voltage withstanding circuit and a voltage clamping circuit, one terminal of the voltage withstanding circuit is connected to one terminal of the voltage clamping circuit, and the other terminals of the voltage withstanding circuit and the voltage clamping circuit are randomly connected to two terminals of the power semiconductor device under test (DUT) respectively. The two terminals of the voltage clamping circuit are output terminals of the online monitoring system. A clamping voltage of the voltage clamping circuit is higher than the on-state voltage drop of the DUT. When the DUT is off, the output voltage of the system is fixed to the clamping voltage, and when it is on, the output voltage is not clamped. The system has simplified structure and enables convenient, accurate and low-cost measurement of on-state voltage drop.
