The method detects, at a server, an incomplete feedback request submitted to the social media platform, wherein the incomplete feedback request lacks response, and wherein the social media platform is connected to the server; generates an action item post from the incomplete feedback request; and provides, by the server over a network, the action item post via the social media interface.
