Abstract: A system and method for determining a potential match candidate based on a social linking graph. The method includes: analyzing at least one multimedia content element (MMCE) to identify a first entity and a second entity in each MMCE, where the first entity is among a plurality of entities indicated by a social pattern associated with a third entity, wherein the first entity and the second entity in each MMCE are identified by generating at least one signature based on the MMCE and matching the generated at least one signature to signatures of a plurality of concepts, wherein each concept is a collection of signatures representing an entity and metadata describing the entity; and identifying the second entity as a potential match candidate for the third entity, wherein the second entity is not associated with the social pattern.

Abstract: A system and method for generating an interface for providing recommendations based on contextual insights, the method including: generating at least one signature for at least one multimedia content element identified within an interaction between a plurality of users; generating at least one contextual insight based on the generated at least one signature and user interests of the plurality of users, wherein each contextual insight indicates a current user preference; searching for at least one content item that matches the at least one contextual insight; and generating an interface for providing the at least one content item within the interaction between the plurality of users.

Abstract: A system and method for identifying influential entities depicted in multimedia content. The method includes determining, for each of a plurality of social linking graphs, a number of related entities, wherein each related entity has a social linking score above a first predetermined threshold, wherein each social linking score is generated based on at least one context of at least one multimedia content element (MMCE), and wherein each context is determined based on signatures generated for the at least one MMCE; and identifying, based on the determined number of related entities, at least one influential entity, wherein each influential entity is associated with one of the social linking graphs for which the determined number of related entities is above a second predetermined threshold.

Abstract: A system and method for generating analytics for entities depicted in multimedia content, including: identifying at least one social pattern based on social linking scores of a plurality of entities indicated in a social linking graph, wherein each social pattern is identified at least by comparing one of the social linking scores to a predetermined social pattern threshold, wherein each social linking score is generated based on contexts of at least one multimedia content element (MMCE) in which at least two of the plurality of entities are depicted, wherein each context is determined based on a plurality of concepts of one of the at least one MMCE, wherein each concept matches at least one signature generated for the at least one MMCE above a predetermined threshold; and generating, based on the identified at least one social pattern, analytics for the plurality of entities depicted in the social linking graph.

Abstract: A method for associate metadata to a multimedia content based on finding matches to similar multimedia content. A given input multimedia content is matched to at least another multimedia content with corresponding metadata. Upon determination of a match, the corresponding metadata is used as metadata of the given multimedia content. When a large number of multimedia data is compared a ranked list of metadata is provided. The most appropriate metadata is associated to the given multimedia content based on various criteria. The method can be implemented in any applications which involve large-scale content-based clustering, recognition and classification of multimedia data, such as, content-tracking, video filtering, multimedia taxonomy generation, video fingerprinting, speech-to-text, audio classification, object recognition, video search and any other application requiring content-based signatures generation and matching for large content volumes such as, web and other large-scale databases.

The method comprises: extracting at least one multimedia content element from a web-page requested for display on a user node; generating a signature for each of the at least one multimedia content element, wherein each signature represents a concept, wherein each concept is an abstract description of one of the at least one multimedia content element; correlating the concepts of the generated signatures to determine a context of the at least one multimedia content element, wherein the context indicates at least a brand sentiment; searching for at least one advertisement item based on the signatures and the context; and causing a display of the at least one advertisement item within a display area of the web-page.
