    Abstract: This manufacturing process consists in forming a passivation layer on manganese pigments and thereafter mixing the latter with a resin to form a paint. This paint is electrically conductive since the passivation layer is based on chromate, Mn/Fe phosphate or Zn phosphate. These pigments preferably have a degree of purity equal to or greater than 99.9%.
